Phobia là hội chứng ám ảnh, sợ hãi một điều gì đó. Có rất nhiều loại phobia, đôi khi mình nghe họ nói nhiều mà mình cứ bị lộn, không nhớ và không hiểu ý. Mình tổng hợp lại một số phổ biến nhá.
1. Acrophobia (fear of heights): sợ độ cao
2. Astraphobia (fear of thunder and lightning): sợ sấm chớp
3. Claustrophobia (fear of small/enclosed spaces): sợ không gian kín
4. Entomophobia (fear of insects): sợ côn trùng
5. Social Phobia (social anxiety disorder): nỗi sợ về xã hội, các mối quan hệ giao tiếp, tương tác
6. Glossophobia (fear of public speaking): sợ nói trước đám đông
7. Autophobia (fear of being alone): sợ một mình, cô đơn
8. Cynophobia (fear of dogs): sợ chó
9. Mysophobia (fear of germ/dirt): sợ vi khuẩn, sợ bẩn,...
10. Hemophobia (fear of blood): sợ máu
Mình thì có "ornithophobia", nỗi sợ chim mãnh liệt và phi lý từ hồi bé.

หรือบางครั้งถึงขั้น พูดไม่ออก หรือลิ้นแข็ง
จนกลายเป็น ความตื่นตระหนก

อาการเหล่านี้ มีชื่อเรียกว่า Glossophobia (กลอสโซโฟเบีย)
หรือความกลัวการพูดในที่สาธารณะ
ทำให้หลายคน ขาดความมั่นใจที่จะพูด
ตัดโอกาสของการสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีและน่าเชื่อถือ

อาการเหล่านี้อาจเกิดจากความเครียด ความกดดันที่มากเกินไป
หรือเกิดจากความกลัว คำตัดสินของคนอื่น
หรือการไม่รู้วิธีสื่อสารที่ถูกต้อง

แต่อาการเหล่านี้ สามารถแก้ไขให้ดีขึ้นได้
เพียงแค่เริ่มต้นฝึก 3 อย่างง่ายๆ นี้

1) เอาพลังงานบางส่วนออกก่อน เช่น กระโดด สะบัดมือ วิ่งเบาๆ
2) ใช้กฎ 4:2:4 หายใจเข้า 4 วินาที กลั้นหายใจ 2 วินาที และผ่อนลมหายใจออก 4 วินาที
3) คัดคำพูดที่เป็นบวกให้กับตัวเอง เช่น
ฉันเชื่อว่าฉันทำได้ ฉันสามารถพูดสิ่งที่สร้างประโยชน์ให้กับผู้คนอย่างมั่นใจได้

เมื่อเราฝึกฝน อย่างสม่ำเสมอ
จะสามารถช่วยลดอาการตื่นเต้นลงได้
เพราะ เมื่อเราจะเข้าใจ และเอาความกลัวมาปรับใช้อย่างถูกวิธีแล้ว
นั่นจะทำให้คุณพูด ด้วยน้ำเสียงที่เป็นธรรมชาติ จนสามารถช่วยสร้างโอกาสที่จะทำให้คุณก้าวไปสู่ความสำเร็จ

💬💬💬 HỘI CHỨNG SỢ hay ÁM ẢNH SỢ HÃI, (tiếng Anh: Phobia, xuất phát từ tiếng Hy Lạp: Phobos φόβος, "ác cảm", "sợ hãi") khi sử dụng trong bối cảnh tâm lý học lâm sàng, là một loại rối loạn lo âu, thường được định nghĩa như là nỗi sợ hãi dai dẳng đối với một đối tượng hoặc một tình huống mà người đó luôn cố gắng tránh né, thường không liên quan đến sự nguy hiểm trong thực tế và được công nhận là sợ hãi không hợp lý. Nói cách khác, người mắc bệnh luôn có biểu hiện phản ứng vượt quá kiểm soát với một sự vật, hiện tượng mà đối với những người khác là quá bình thường hay không đến mức phải sợ hãi cao độ.
Nó bắt nguồn từ bẩm sinh hoặc do sự tác động tâm lý trong một hoàn cảnh nhất định. Trong trường hợp ám ảnh sợ hãi không thể tránh được hoàn toàn, người bệnh sẽ phải chịu đựng với sự căng thẳng rõ rệt, gây ra ảnh hưởng xấu đáng kể đến các hoạt động xã hội hoặc nghề nghiệp.

✅ Ông hoàng truyện kinh dị Stephen King - cha đẻ của "IT" mắc căn bệnh sợ ma và bóng tối (Spectrophobia & Nyctophobia)
✅ Adolf Hitler mắc chứng sợ không gian hẹp (Claustrophobia). Thang máy của ông được làm bằng gương để tăng cảm giác rộng rãi.
✅ Sigmund Freud – cha đẻ của bộ môn phân tâm học được biết đến với nhiều biểu hiện kỳ quặc. Một trong số đó là nỗi kinh hoàng con số 62. Freud từ chối đặt phòng ở bất cứ khách sạn nào có nhiều hơn 62 phòng vì sợ sẽ tình cờ nhận được căn phòng số 62.
✅ Nhà văn Ernest Hemingway không chỉ nghiện rượu và tự sát. Ông mắc Glossophobia – chứng sợ nói trước đám đông (Glossophobia). Hemingway cũng rất đa nghi, không bao giờ tin lời khen ngợi nào dành cho mình bất kể nó đến từ người hâm mộ hay những người bạn.
✅ Người lớn tuổi hiếm khi được ghi nhận mắc các chứng này. Cũng có thể họ đã trải qua cả đời người và chẳng có điều gì khuất phục được họ.
✅ Phụ nữ thường bị chứng ám ảnh nhiều hơn là đàn ông. Khoa học giải thích rằng đó là do hormon.
✅ Nghiên cứu cho thấy cư dân ở đô thị dễ mắc hội chứng sợ hãi hơn người dân vùng nông thôn. Nỗi sợ của họ không thể thống kê hết được: sợ tàu điện ngầm, đám đông, tội phạm, vi trùng, hóa chất, côn trùng, không gian quá rộng…
✅ Hội chứng sợ hãi có thể “truyền nhiễm”. Nó gây ảnh hưởng đặc biệt nhiều nhất lên trẻ em và phát triển theo hoàn cảnh. Chẳng hạn từ xa xưa, những điều cấm kỵ trong tín ngưỡng có thể áp đặt tâm lý giống hệt nhau lên cả một cộng đồng, lan truyền từ người này sang người khác.
