เองไม่มีเวลาพักผ่อน บางทีก็จอดนอนใน
ปั้ม น้ำก็ไม่ได้อาบ จนเมื่อ3ปีที่แล้ว ก็มี
ตุ่มใสๆขึ้นที่บริเวนข้างขา แล้วก็คันด้วย
ลุงจึงเกา เกาทุกวัน ยิ่งเกายิ่งขึ้น ตอนนั้น
ลุงคิดว่าน่าจะเป็นสังคัง ลุงก็ไปซื้อยามา
ทาตามที่มันคัน ตอนนั้นก็ยังขับรถอยู่ทุก
วัน จนตุ่มใสๆนั้นลามขึ้นมาที่อวัยวะเพศ
ลุงก็ยังคงเกาสลับกับใช้ยาทา หนักๆเข้า
ตุ้มใสๆก็กลายเป็นแผล แผลก็ลามไปทั่ว
บริเวนจนไปถึงก้นและอัญฑะ ทำให้เน่า
เมื่อต้นปี57ลุงก็ตัดสินใจไป รพ เพื่อไป
ให้หมอตรวจ หมอบอกว่าน่าจะเกี่ยวกับ
การติดเชื้ออย่างรุนแรง จึงรักษาให้และ
นอนอยู่ รพ 5วัน แผลก็เริ่มดีขึ้น จึงได้
กลับมาบ้าน แล้วก็ไปขับรถต่อ ขับได้อยู่
1เดือน อาการแบบเดิมก็กำเริบขึ้นมาอีก
คราวนี้แผลเริ่มเน่าจนเปลื่อย ลุงจึงไปหา
หมออีก คราวนี้หมอขอตัดชิ้นเนื้อไปทำ
การตรวจ ปรากฎว่าพบว่าลุงเป็นมะเร็ง
ระยะที่3 และกำลังจะกินเข้าไปในกระดูก
เชิงกราน ต้องรักษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง หมอ
บอกทางที่ดีต้องตัดอวัยวะทิ้งและทำคี
โม แต่ลุงทำใจไม่ได้ ขอกลับมารักษาที่
บ้านต่อ แต่ก็ยิ่งหนักกว่าเก่า ลุงทนความ
เจ็บปวดไม่ไหว จึงยอมไปให้หมอตัดเอา
ออก หมอก็ตัดให้ แล้วก็ขูดเนื้อที่เน่าๆ
ออกจากบริเวนนั้น ทุกวันนี้ลุงบอกว่า
เหมือนตายทั้งเป็น อวัยวะถูกตัดจนไม่มี
เหลือ ต้องทนเจ็บแสบทรมานทุกครั้งที่
ปัสวะไหลออกมา เพราะตรงนั้นเป็นทั้ง
หมด ตอนนี้ก็ได้ภรรยาและหลานมาช่วย
ดูแลล้างแผลและป้อนข้าวให้ ทุกวันนี้ก็
เดินไม่ได้..ผมถามลุงว่าทำไมต้องขับรถ
ถึงขนาดนั้น ลุงบอก ถ้าหยุดขับเงินที่ใช้
จ่ายก็จะไม่มี ไหนจะค่าน้ำค่าไฟค่าข้าว
เพราะตัวเองหาอยู่คนเดียว ตอนนี้ก็ไม่มี
รายได้อะไรเลยมาเกือบปีแล้ว ภรรยาก็
ออกไปรับจ้างบ้าง แต่ไม่ทุกวัน เป็นห่วง
ลุง วันนี้ผมต้องขอเบลอภาพนะครับมัน
น่ากลัวมากๆถ้าเพื่อนๆเห็น..บ้านลุงน่า
สงสารมากไม่มีอะไรนอกจากพัดลมเอา
