在泰國，賣冰棒、霜淇淋的店幾乎是走三步就有一間，但是，有一種冰淇淋是泰國人從小吃到大的喔!!!那就是麵包冰淇淋。所謂的麵包冰淇淋，會先在麵包內放進好幾種配料，例如：糯米、紅薯等等(配料可挑選)，然後再加上大概3-6球各種口味的冰淇淋，隨後再撒上花生或黄豆，以及椰奶或濃巧克力，吃起來甜甜冰冰的。一個麵包冰淇淋價格大約15泰銖(同事說他小時候是5泰銖)，便宜好吃又有飽足感的麵包冰淇淋，難怪可以深受泰國人歡迎這麼久唷!!!
哪裡買: 泰國到處都有，如果走在路邊，看到有人騎著機車，攤子上擺著類似夾熱狗的那種麵包，那就是賣麵包冰淇淋的攤車!!
