濠江24小時之旅，適逢Galaxy Macau 澳門銀河 的龍蝦盛薈，挑戰自己食龍蝦的能力，也一試了多家餐廳的龍蝦菜式，接下來幾天，就和大家逐一介紹！我的心水之選是 Terrazza Galaxy Macau 的水煮龍蝦沙律， The Ritz-Carlton Café, Ritz-Carlton Macau 的芝士焗龍蝦和 風味居的剁椒蒸大西洋龍蝦。
Spent my weekend in Macau and so happy to be in time for the Lobster Feast at Galaxy Macau. Challenged myself for a lobster marathon and tried as much as lobsters as we can. :) gonna introduce to you all in this week.
My favourites are lobster salad at Terrazza, baked lobster with cheese & mushroom from Ritz-Carlton Cafe Macau, and steamed lobster with shredded chilli from Feng Wei Ju.
