Official Public Statement 【"ERA COMMUNICATIONS CO., Ltd." 、 David Wong (Huang DaWei)】
I, David Wong (黃大煒), would like to formally offer the statement below in order to prevent Sara Wang (Wang Ya Lan, 王雅蘭) from further using and damaging the rights and reputations of myself and others (including but not limited to ERA Television) for her benefit and/or manipulation of others.
Sara Wang, a Canadian Global Female Chef, used China’s CCTV4 name, in order to lie and manipulate her outsourced team, myself, and two of my friends. She even told Vancouver Canada’s Tourism Bureau, New Brunswick Canada’s Agriculture & Tourism Bureaus, and True North Salmon, that we are all part of the CCTV4 production team even though we don’t have work permits to work in Canada. In addition, she stated that there were already multiple television stations (ERA Television & Videoland Television Network in Taiwan, Fairchild Television in Canada, New Tang Dynasty Television in the United States, CCTV4 in China, among others) who would broadcast her “non-existent” program in order to gain sponsorships and other benefits.
Overall, Sara Wang (Wang Ya Lan, 王雅蘭) has been using my, David Wong (黃大煒), audio and visuals on multiple platforms for commercial and promotional purposes for herself, and a non-existent “food & tourism combined with music” television program without my authorization, along with claiming that she is the sole owner of those audio and visuals rights.
