どうも、おもしろ雑貨コレクターの伊勢海老太郎です。今回は寿司が握れるトングの紹介です。シャリをすくい取って、トングを握るだけで、職人の握りが再現できます。動画では伝わりずらかったですが、縦にプレスして握ることで、中に空気を含んだシャリになります。素人が手で握ると固めの握りになってしまいますが、このトングを使えば空気を含んだふんわりした握りが簡単にできます。アニメ「美味しんぼ」で寿司のシャリに空気を均等に含んで握るという「寿司の心（第九回）」という回がありまして、空気を均等に含ませながらふんわり握るのが難しくて、それが美味しくなるコツだと紹介されていました。そんな職人の握りが慣れるとすごいスピードでできちゃいます。家庭でお寿司パーティーをする時にあると便利で楽しいと思います。手で握らないので衛生面が気になる方も安心です。使用後はスコップを分解して洗うこともできます。弱点は刺身をのせるだけになるので、シャリとネタとの一体感がいまひとつなところでしょうか。しかし、素人が手で握るよりは簡単で美味しいお寿司が作れると思います。メイドインジャパンで、金属加工職人さんが一つずつ手作業で製作していて、日本のものづくりの技術力を感じられる完成度の高い商品でした。ステンレス製で質感も高くて、持つと寿司を握りたい欲が高まりますよ（笑）。有限会社ゴトウ熔接の「すしトング」という商品です。7,560円です。寿司は世界中で人気なので、海外の方へのギフトにも良さそうです。今回もたくさんのおもしろ雑貨が登場しました。詳細は下記関連リンクをご確認ください。
