"Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; but the Lord will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you.” (Isa. 60:1-2).
I was reminded of this beautiful verse in Isaiah this week. It tells us that the church can walk in God’s glory despite these dark times that we might live in. Even as the world seems to be getting darker and darker, God has a powerful promise for us in His Word. As believers, we can look forward to a bright future because the Lord has promised to arise over us! This means that He is with us; He will not leave us alone to fend for ourselves. My friend, believe that the Lord is with you and be unafraid of things to come!

舞蹈打掉重練 與六名男舞者比拼美式街舞
李宓展現秘密苦練「空中環」神技
為了呈現「無畏的勇氣」，李宓請到曾為張韶涵、田馥甄、張靚穎等天后演唱會擔任舞蹈總監的Miracle老師統籌舞蹈，選擇了李宓過去完全不熟悉的美式中性街舞風格，並搭配六位男舞者。李宓過去的舞蹈風格偏向韓系女性化舞風，他時常拍攝cover女團最流行的舞蹈上傳到個人頻道，但是這次為了給大家眼睛一亮的感覺，在一個月之內李宓從頭來過，從最基礎開始練起，不但要趕上男舞者們俐落有力的動作，還得增強肌力，一邊練一邊改掉自己過去跳舞不自覺的壞習慣。俗話說「練劍一年，改劍十年」，要改掉過去的習慣其實比重新學還難，一開始遇到瓶頸，李宓與老師請教訣竅後領悟到「唯有將舞蹈動作內化成身體直覺，才是真正屬於自己的」，於是在上課之外回家更加緊自主練習，原本舞者自己練習的時間李宓也主動加入一起練習，甚至一度跳到腳踝扭傷，被老師下令休息養傷，幸好沒有大礙。
在「無畏的勇氣」ＭＶ當中，李宓還大秀「空中環」舞藝，原本李宓只是覺得空中環看起來很厲害，當作興趣去學，也許有一天可以有機會表演，沒想到在事前開會時與導演討論，導演覺得適合，就把空中環表演也放進MV當中。「空中環」需要很強的肌力與平衡感，尤其手臂與核心肌群要hold住全身姿勢，更重要的是不怕摔的膽量。在拍攝ＭＶ當天李宓連跳了12小時的舞，接著拍攝空中環表演，極度的體力消耗讓身邊工作人員都為她捏一把冷汗！但李宓為了這次的作品全力以赴拿出「無畏的勇氣」，完美的完成在空中不斷旋轉變換姿勢的表演，讓人佩服李宓的勇氣與決心！
