เรื่องนี้น่าสนใจอย่างไร ลงทุนแมนจะเล่าให้ฟัง

Emirates Group เป็นบริษัทที่มีรายได้จากการถือหุ้นในบริษัทที่ทำธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับการบิน พูดง่ายๆ ว่าเป็น Holding Company และมีรัฐบาลของดูไบถือหุ้น 100%

ปัจจุบัน ธุรกิจของ Emirates Group สามารถแยกออกเป็น 2 กลุ่มคือ

1. ธุรกิจให้บริการและดูแลบริหาร การเดินทางทางอากาศ รวมทั้งงานบริการภาคพื้นดินให้แก่สนามบินต่างๆ จำนวน 78 แห่ง โดยอยู่ภายใต้การบริหารของ The Dubai National Air Transport Association (DNATA)

2. ธุรกิจสายการบิน ในชื่อสายการบิน Emirates ซึ่งเป็นสายการบินที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในตะวันออกกลาง ให้บริการบินไปปลายทางกว่า 161 แห่ง ใน 6 ทวีปทั่วโลก

ซึ่งธุรกิจหลักของ Emirates Group นั้นมาจากสายการบิน เนื่องจากมีสัดส่วนกว่า 90% ของรายได้รวม ขณะที่รายได้จากธุรกิจบริหารสนามบินคิดเป็นสัดส่วนประมาณ 10%

สายการบิน Emirates เปิดให้บริการครั้งแรกในปี 1985 โดยมีจำนวนเครื่องบินเพียง 2 ลำ แต่ปัจจุบันมีจำนวนเครื่องบินถึง 265 ลำ

ที่ผ่านมา สายการบินมีการลงทุนพัฒนาด้านการบริการ ปรับปรุงเบาะนั่ง ออกแบบตกแต่งห้องผู้โดยสารให้ทันสมัย ลงทุนด้านเทคโนโลยี เปิดเส้นทางการบินใหม่ๆ มีพนักงานต้อนรับจาก 120 ประเทศทั่วโลก ซึ่งสามารถให้บริการได้ถึง 80 ภาษา

ในรอบ 8 ปีที่ผ่านมา ปริมาณผู้โดยสารที่มาใช้บริการกับสายการบินเพิ่มขึ้นเกือบเท่าตัว
ปี 2010 ปริมาณผู้โดยสารของสายการบิน Emirates 31.4 ล้านคน
ปี 2018 ปริมาณผู้โดยสารของสายการบิน Emirates 58.6 ล้านคน

ทำให้สายการบิน Emirates เป็นสายการบินที่มีผู้โดยสารมาใช้บริการมากเป็นอันดับที่ 7 ของโลก และยังเป็นสายการบินแห่งแรกของโลกที่มีผู้ติดตามใน Instagram มากกว่า 1,000,000 คน

และในปี 2019 SKYTRAX องค์กรจัดอันดับสายการบินระหว่างประเทศ จัดอันดับให้สายการบิน Emirates เป็นสายการบินที่ดีที่สุดอันดับที่ 5 ของโลก

รายได้และกำไรของ Emirates Group
ปี 2018 รายได้ 845,000 ล้านบาท กำไร 33,900 ล้านบาท
ปี 2019 รายได้ 901,000 ล้านบาท กำไร 19,100 ล้านบาท

ปีล่าสุด กำไรลดลง เนื่องจากผลจากราคาน้ำมันเครื่องบินที่เพิ่มขึ้นจากช่วงก่อนหน้า โดยต้นทุนราคาน้ำมันคิดเป็นสัดส่วนกว่า 32% ของต้นทุนการดำเนินงาน

อย่างไรก็ตาม สายการบิน Emirates เป็นสายการบินที่สามารถทำกำไรติดต่อกันมานานถึง 31 ปี ทำให้ปัจจุบัน Emirates Group มีกำไรสะสมมากกว่า 300,000 ล้านบาท เลยทีเดียว..

เรื่องการโฆษณาแบรนด์เป็นอีกเรื่องที่สายการบินแห่งนี้ให้ความสำคัญ เพราะบริษัทมองว่า การให้ลูกค้ารับรู้ถึงแบรนด์ตนเองจะช่วยสร้างมูลค่าให้แก่ธุรกิจมากในอนาคต

He is a Turkish who happens to be in a poor family, has a father as a miner.

Gökçe's childhood life is pretty tough. His family has financial problems.

So he only had a chance to study in elementary school.

He was only 13 years old, internship as a kitchen washing boy in turkey. His Hometown Works 18 hours a day.

And then he became an assistant in the meat shed.
