這次Amy使用的是【MASIONS 美心】的橄欖木鍋來為大家示範兩道料理🥘有別於市面上常見的不沾鍋，鍋內含有鈦金屬成分讓導熱更快速又均勻，輕鬆就可將食材煎至表面金黃上色，連廚藝新手煎魚、煎豆腐也不怕黏鍋喔👩🍳
