Mình theo bài cơ bụng 1:1 của chị Hana được gần 3 tháng rồi. Đây là 1 chút kết quả của mình. 1 tháng đầu thì ngày nào mình cũng tập bài cơ bụng 1:1 thi thoảng đá thêm 1 bài 10 phút của Chloe ting vì mình lười nghiên cứu xem bài nào phù hợp với bản thân.
Đợt sau mình cũng tập thêm cardio hiit cứ thấy bài nào trên youtube nhiều view thì mình theo. 1 tuần 1-2 lần 😅. Quan trọng mình nghĩ là nên duy trì tập hàng ngày dù chỉ 10-15p. Mấy ngày đầu mình tập mình toàn tập 5p lại phải pause lại để thở hoặc cho đỡ đau, mình tập và kêu như vạc vậy. Dần dần thì thành thói quen. Tập vì đam mê chứ mình không theo dõi cân nặng hay số đo nữa (thật ra nhà không có thước dây 😢)
P/s: Mọi người có hỏi về chế độ ăn uống của mình. Thì 2 tuần đầu sau khi đã thấy có rãnh bụng nhưng mỡ vẫn nhiều nên mình thử ăn eat clean và dùng app Myfitnesspal. Mình đính kèm ảnh vài bữa ăn của mình. Đợt này bận mình không dùng app nữa nhưng nhờ trước đó biết được đồ ăn nào tốt, nhiều đạm, nhiều xơ nên mình đi siêu thị hay chọn những đồ ăn như thế hơn. Các bạn có thể thấy là mình ăn nhiều vãi chưởng mà tập xong đói nên mình kệ thôi ạ.

Fluffy Gluten Free/Sugar Free Pancakes
- Separate 2 egg yolks from white & put in 2 different mixing bowls
- Beat egg yolks & sift all 3 flours (20g Almond Flour, 10g Coconut Flour, 1 teaspoon Baking Powder)
- Add 3 tablespoon of Almond Milk
- Add some Vanilla Extract and beat until it's mixed well
- Add salt to the egg white and beat with a hand mixer, slowly add 25 grams of sweetener
- Slowly combine the egg white mixture into the other bowl until it's mixed in well into a pancake mixture
- Spray some oil on pan or you can use butter
- Cook pancakes on low heat, 10 mins first side, 3 mins on other
- Serve with Butter, Maple Syrup, and Berries
Eggplant & Tofu Sandwich
- Lay out Tofu and Bell peppers on tray, salt/pepper, lightly roast
- Chop up and cook some Red Cabbages
- Chop up eggplant, cook over stove with some water
- Add 1 tablespoon Miso to 200ml water, stir and add to pan
- Add 1 teaspoon Coconut Aminos to cooked Eggplant
- Build sandwich: Tofu | Eggplant | Bell Peppers | Cabbage | Tofu
- Season with Gomasio, Salt, Pepper, Sriracha Sauce
Black Pepper Chicken
- Dice up 1kg of Chicken
- Marinate with Ginger Powder (2 teaspoon ), Mirin (2 tablespoon), Coconut Aminos (2-3 tablespoon), Tamari (optional), and some Salt.
- Stir fry chicken
- Add potato starch (optional)
- Add Pepper when almost ready to serve
- Add Sesame Oil
- Serve with Rice and Vege

Meal prep on a budget! All meals are really cheap and healthy. They are really delicious too. Definitely possible to stay healthy and also eat yummy food while you're on a budget. Hope you find this video helpful! Don't forget to subscribe and thumbs up the video!
☆ Breakfast ☆ Peanut Butter and Jelly Oats Bar ☆
1.5 cup of rolled oats
200-250g of Peanut Butter (Depends on how much peanut butter you like)
1 cup of Almond Milk
3-5 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup. 3 Tablespoons may not be sweet enough for some! :D
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon Powder
1/8 Teaspoon of salt if your peanut butter doesn't have any added salt
140g of Strawberry/Grape/Blueberry Jam
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon of Baking Powder
(I've also excluded coconut oil in this recipe. You can add a tablespoon if you wish to)
Mix all the wet ingredients together then add the dry ingredients. Mix it well and pour it in a tin. Then add some jam! You can add as much jam as you like, or as little as you like.
☆ Lunch ☆ Tuna Salad - $2 per serving ☆
1 can of chickpeas
2-3 Capsicums (Bell Peppers)
2 Carrots
Tomatoes
Sundried Tomatoes
1 can of Tuna (450g)
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Olive oil
Mix tuna with two tablespoons of olive oil, some salt, pepper and paprika. I added quite a lot of paprika cause I like it. Adjust to you liking!
Sundried tomatoes is the key for this meal (IMO). The salad is super tasty with it but sundried tomatoes are not the cheapest option. I would be using some sort of dressings I didn't add that so it's fine! :)
☆ Dinner ☆ Chicken and Rice - Less than $2 per serving ☆
Cook a cup of brown rice with 2 cups of water for around 30 minutes
For the chicken part:
800g of Chicken Thigh
1/2 An onion
2 cloves of garlic
Paprika
Cayenne Pepper
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
Cook the onions and garlics first. Add some paprika and cayenne pepper. Then add the chicken! Now add more paprika if you wish to, oregano, salt and pepper. I just eyeball it. It doesn't have to be super precise.
Once the chicken is nice and brown, add a can of tomatoes. Then let it cook for around 30 minutes for the liquid to evaporate.
Cook some broccoli in the mean time! You can boil or stir fry it.
