【La La Land】幾好睇，但又未去到好好睇。（有劇透架）

故事其實很「公廁劇本」，典型追夢+愛情故事：一對懷材不遇的男女相遇，繼而互相打氣支持，於是追夢男女擦出愛火、同居，然後「他成功了她沒有」，最後分手、又相遇，男主角FF……

我覺得「幾好睇」，在於 Emma Stone 的演出、配樂、拍攝手法、剪接、舞蹈設計等，將電影包裝得很精彩。（好鍾意 Emma Stone，由【Easy A】已經好鍾意佢。）

至於劇本，我覺得 Seb 和 Mia 的關係描寫得不夠細膩，可能畢竟 Seb 和 Mia 的相遇只經歷了四季？點解 Mia 為了和 Seb 睇戲，可以和當時男友食食下飯走咗去，而相反 Seb 就遲到，要忍到樂隊拍攝完成，搞到 Mia 套獨腳戲完咗先趕到去睇？究竟 Mia 係衷心覺得 Seb 夾 band 唔係做緊自己鍾意嘅野，定唔了解男友，純粹妒忌佢成功？

Mia 問 Seb: "Where're we?" 好明顯，夢想與愛情的取捨，Seb 的答案已經代表佢揀夢想。

但其實，夢想同愛情，點解要揀？係咪證明 Seb 愛夢想多過 Mia？但有衝突咩？

所以我覺得，用 "soulmate" 更適合形容二人，看 Seb 對 Mia 演員夢的著緊，堅持朝早去佢屋企接佢去 casting…… 二人愛情的部分，我覺得描寫不夠細膩。

到最後那場酒吧戲份，有人話係 Seb 的幻想，有人話係 Mia 的幻想。我覺得二人最後相視而笑，是因為二人各自都成功追夢，Mia 成為出色的演員，Seb 開到自己的 Jazz 酒吧，於是二人交出眼神，隔空對雙方送上祝福。

那場 FF 情節，我認為是導演想滿足觀眾的幻想才對。

人寂寞便愛幻想，觀眾特別喜歡 FF 藝人，會幻想陳奕迅和楊千嬅本應是一對，幻想黃翠如和洪永城很登對，幻想方力申和鄧麗欣分手後會翻撻……

有無諗過，其實陳奕迅和楊千嬅根本只是很岩傾的好朋友、黃翠如和洪永城只是好兄弟，Seb 和 Mia 只是因夢想而 click 著的 soulmate……

所有幻想，都是來自觀眾。正如【多啦A夢】的結局，一切都是大雄的幻想世界－－正如片名【La La Land】的意思。

I use this trick when my hair is flat, lifeless, greasy or just refusing to sit. Ponytails shouldnt be 'boring'. They can definately be fun, chic and stand out. Here is a quick hair-do tutorial on a easy hairstyle that you can wear for school, work, night out or even just casually.

All you need is a bobby pin, hair band (hair spray/clay/etc is up 2 you)

茄子，是國人最討厭蔬菜排名第四名，
但它那烏青樣的身子，卻對我們的身體很好，
「綠原酸」可以降低腸道吸收糖分的速度，
紫色的外皮也含有抗自由基的多酚類化合物....

茄子的好處多多，
但是如果不用很多油去烹調，
吃起來真的是很有距離感，
以前每次煮茄子再怎麼小心，
都會讓它變成蕃薯色，
用鹽水用醋用蒸的小心翼翼還是很難搞，
現在乾脆等水滾後，
直接粗暴的丟進去用滾水燜死它，
雖然沒有很完美，但也還算不差，
果然我還是適合步驟少的方法啊！

第一次吃到好吃不油的茄子，
是用噴槍灼出來的，我不敢裝備這種武器，
怕自己吵架時忍俊不住，
用烤箱溫度不夠，烤出來的顏色總是差強人意，
乾脆也給它埋起來眼不見為淨！（茄生悲歌請下）

減重的時候我也是吃起司的，
就是只敢薄薄一層這樣，
但這樣就烤不出來焗烤那種可口樣，
所以我試試用希臘優格充數，
這視覺很滿足，口感也是七八分像，
就這樣一盤，幾乎營養都顧到了，
增加運動強度的時候，
給自己這樣一份澎湃餐，
身體與心理都得到大大的滿足啊！！

🍆🧀奶焗茄子備料🧀🍆
茄子一根。
希臘優格三大匙。
起司三大匙。
豆皮兩片。
牛或豬絞肉一碗。
洋蔥。
番茄一顆。
九層塔一把。
糖醇一大匙。
薑黃粉一中匙。
鹽一小匙。
（量目測就好無需精準）

🍆🧀奶焗茄子作法🧀🍆
一條茄子切片漬鹽。
洋蔥番茄蒜頭九層塔切碎。
一鍋炒香絞肉加薑黃。
不怕酸的鍋炒洋蔥番茄蒜頭九層塔。
以上肉醬混合。
茄子洗掉鹽份吸乾水份。
茄子片與豆皮薄油煎香。
烘焙紙揉軟鋪烤盤。
依序鋪上
豆皮：肉醬：茄子：番茄：九層塔：希臘優格：起司。
包起來烤箱200度烤15分鐘。
打開烘焙紙烤箱轉上火。
再烤五分鐘讓起司金黃啊嘶開吃。
＊表面可上撒起司粉添香。
＊豆皮茄子不煎也可以會比較軟。
