1. Tập làm quen với việc nghe Tiếng Anh mỗi ngày.
Đây là cách tớ bắt đầu tiếp cận với Tiếng Anh từ khi còn mẫu giáo đó, nghe nhạc US-UK mỗi ngày trên MTV. Cả nhà mình cứ nghe trước đã để làm quen với ngôn ngữ, giọng nói, giọng điệu, tinh thần,.... Khoan đã áp lực gì cả. Em bé sinh ra muốn học nói cũng phải nghe nhiều rồi mới quen và nói được, mình cứ bắt đầu học Tiếng Anh như một em bé học nói nha.
Mỗi ngày nghe 1 list nhạc US-UK Hits lúc nấu ăn, làm việc nhà, nằm nhìn trần nhà, thơ thẩn
Xem 1 Youtube video có sử dụng Tiếng Anh
Xem 1 bộ phim có sử dụng Tiếng Anh...
Cả nhà cứ nghe trước đã cho tớ, chỉ nghe và thưởng thức thui, rồi tạo nên 1 thói quen là ngày nào cũng nghe một cái gì đó ( 1 thói quen được hình thành sau hơn 2 tuần mỗi ngày đều làm, tròn kỳ cách ly mà nhà nước yêu cầu hen hehee ). Xong bước 1, giỏi lắm lun rùi.
2. Học từ vựng với quyển sổ từ vựng.
Không có ngữ pháp, một ít thông tin được truyền tải cơ mà không có từ vựng là không có thông tin nào được truyền tải hết.
Cả nhà sắm cho tớ một quyển sổ, cái bút, nghiêm túc ngồi học từ vựng.

Trong này có đủ giải thích bằng Tiếng Anh. Tra từ điển Anh - Việt thêm trên mạng để hiểu nghĩa rõ hơn, và tra cách đọc chính xác qua từ điển Anh - Anh ( lên mạng gõ Longman/Oxford/Cambridge dictionary, nhiều lắm ).
Viết vào sổ những từ, nghĩa từ, ví dụ câu mới học, tập đọc to thành tiếng cả từ cả ví dụ ( lên copy nguyên câu ví dụ vào Google translate, ấn nút loa để nghe cách phát âm chuẩn xác câu Tiếng Anh từ chị Google, cách này tớ hay làm hehe ).
Mỗi ngày 5 từ mà nhớ được là quý hóa lắm rùi ạ. Được hơn nữa thì còn gì bằng. Và trong 24h tiếp theo, phải đọc lại ít nhất 1 lần nha, không là nhanh quên lắm.
3. Học ngữ pháp không chán như nào?
Cái này tớ công nhận nó khoai thật, nhiều cấu trúc, phức tạp, khó nhớ. Tớ học ngữ pháp theo cách học từng chuyên đề, mỗi chuyên đề dành ra 1 ngày học, ngày hôm sau làm bài tập, thật nhiều bài tập thì mới nhớ được. Nó hơi học thuật và khô khan, nhưng chịu khó nha.
Tớ học theo 20 chuyên đề ôn thi THPT Quốc gia hoặc cấp 3 ấy, ổn áp lắm vì giải thích cực chi tiết dễ hiểu.

Cố luyện nói mỗi ngày các bạn nha, đừng lo mình mắc lỗi, nói Tiếng Anh tốt là cả một quá trình. Tớ cũng đang luyện tập hằng ngày cùng các bạn đây, không sao đâu. Cứ bắt đầu bằng việc nói chậm, từ từ, và phát âm đúng trước hen.
5. Có học có chơi, có bạn có thầy.
Tiếng Anh là ngôn ngữ mà, nên tương tác giữa người- người rất then chốt trong cải thiện ngôn ngữ.
Với các bạn tự học, tớ vẫn khuyên các bạn nên tìm một người bạn, người gia sư, người anh/chị,... Tiếng Anh tốt hơn bạn, để bạn có thể hỏi mọi thắc mắc và có người để check bài, nói chuyện Tiếng Anh cùng mà bạn không cảm thấy ngại nhá. Như thế sẽ nhanh tiến bộ hơn rất nhiều việc tự bơi giữa bao la kiến thức.
Với các bạn đi học thêm ở các thầy cô, trung tâm, tớ khuyên là đã theo học là theo đến cùng, học đến nơi đến chốn, học online hay offline gì cũng thế cả. Học ngoại ngữ thành công hay không không phải nằm ở năng khiếu, mà là ở sự chịu khó và kiên trì. Học với thầy cô bạn bè chắc chắn bạn có nhiều nguồn tài liệu, giáo trình để theo và bạn trong lớp để tương tác nữa. Chúng mình đi học chịu khó tập trung nghe giảng, làm bài tập về nhà, đọc lại là tiến bộ nhanh lắm luôn.
6. Nhưng mới học một tý đã nản, phải làm sao?
Trời ơi, vừa nản vừa mệt vừa chán chứ, học mãi mà chưa có dịp dùng,... Không sao cả, lúc đó tự thưởng mấy tiếng đồng hồ xem phim Netflix luôn, vừa giải trí vừa nghe được Tiếng Anh, xem mấy MV, TV Show cày trên Youtube cho đã đời. Sau đó, đặt lại mục tiêu mỗi ngày tiếp nhận được chút ít, 2 từ mới thui cũng được, thì khi mình hoàn thành đã thấy đủ vui và có động lực hơn rùi, phải không. Cố lên nào.
Thú thực là tớ chưa đi dạy bao giờ, nên không có một giáo trình hay lộ trình cụ thể cho các bạn được. Hy vọng là những bí kíp nhỏ từ kinh nghiệm ít ỏi này có thể giúp cả nhà đôi chút khi bắt đầu ( lại ) học Tiếng Anh.

I would recommend you try the no bands booty workout version for a week or two until you find it easy, then progress to using resistance bands.
