Moving Coffee 是溫哥華少數華人自家烘焙的精品咖啡廳，結合Fife Bakery共同經營的空間。咖啡負責人 Edmond 除了烘豆站吧出杯外，同時也是國際評審，擁有多項咖啡專業證書包括咖啡品質鑑定師 Q Grader。雖然空間不大但每個細節都非常的用心，貼心的高質感豆卡上有著非常詳細的風味和產地的資訊。自己很喜歡他們的 SOE 牛奶飲品，Edmond 還讓給我試喝了他們所用的牛奶，較高品質的 grass-fed only，單喝牛奶上味道乾淨甜感高。手工打造單孔銅製錐形濾杯來自日本，由於肋骨不深所以流速比較慢一點，會有較長的萃取時間。

饕客們暑假過的如何呀~
又到了小編分享時間，
這次要告訴大家一間新開幕的咖啡館唷！
小編與朋友來到了這家新開幕身處於農十六的咖啡館(是雄崗集團旗下的咖啡廳)，店外的裝潢非常具有藝術感，一看就讓人彷彿身處在高級餐廳的感覺。由於老闆具有建築設計背景，也熱愛咖啡美食，因此店裡外分別都有擺飾許多設計風格的傢俱裝潢。客人們可以選擇自己喜歡的座位喝咖啡，風格的選擇較為多元！
店家一共有三樓，其中很特別的是三樓有一部分是藝術空間，擺放了許多充滿藝術感的作品，不過裡面只能參觀，不能拍照哦！店家採櫃台點餐等餐，等餐這段期間建議可以去找喜歡的位子坐哦😍😍😍😍😍
小編這次點的是「抹茶奶霜斯慕」和「抹茶那堤」。
店家所用的抹茶粉偏苦，不會太甜膩，很適合不愛喝太甜飲料的朋友，如果想要甜一點，可以嘗試奶霜口感搭配抹茶哦～
除了咖啡飲品，也有精緻甜點，特色套餐等等可供選擇唷！
這次初次到訪小編覺得這是家適合久坐與朋友聊天或是一個人來看書的店家，也可以帶筆電來辦公哦！二樓也有附設充電區，可讓客人們充電，這點讓小編覺得很貼心 smile表情符號
但比較可惜的是價格偏貴，鎖定的族群可能比較偏向社會人士，所以小編還是久久來一次就好了哈哈😱
