The votes are in, and the JTC artist judges have made their decisions! All of the 2,022 entries were absolutely fantastic and the judges have had a very difficult time making their decisions. But, choices have to be made, and at the end of the day only 10 can advance to Round 2.
JTC would like to congratulate the 10 finalists, we were blown away by each of you and predict great things for the future!
So this means Round 2 is officially open! The 10 finalists will now go away and have until the 19th May 2015 to compose, perform and film a completely original piece of work. After this, the judges will return to the judging panel to decide on the grand prize winner and two runners up! The Round 2 winners will be announced on 2nd June 2015!
P.S - As a thank you, JTC would like to encourage all 2,022 Round 1 entrants to keep an eye on your emails over the next few days for a little thank you gift from us.

The response has been phenominal to our very first guitar constest, we've seen some absolutely outstading performances and it's time to reveal the winner of the 2015 Guitar Solo Contest!
