很多人都問我給寶貝吃什麼那麼圓,我寶貝六個月後輔食都是我一手包辦💪這深夜我寶貝睡著了我才有時間給他做輔食.在此我分享一些我的食譜給大家。
材料: Spinach 菠菜,Peas 豌豆, Sweet Potato 地瓜/甘薯
我通常會選擇新鮮的豌豆而不是包裝的。首先,把菠菜和豌豆洗乾淨,然後放進鍋里蒸大概5分鐘,撈起待冷卻。
然後將地瓜/甘薯削皮,然後切成小塊,放進鍋里蒸大概15分鐘至軟嫩。撈起待冷卻。
最後,將所有的蔬菜和地瓜都放進攪拌機打碎,加入適量的水,攪拌成泥,根據寶寶的年齡來攪拌稀或稠…

Step 1: If using fresh Peas, open the pods and scrape out the peas from the pod. Place fresh peas into a steamer basket in a pan with a just enough water to slightly show through in the basket and steam until very tender(about 3-5minutes)
Step 2: Steam spinach until tender (about 5minutes). Drain, rinse with cool water for three minutes to stop the cooking process.
Step 3: Peel sweet potatoes and cut into small chunks. Place chunks into a pan with just enough water to slightly cover potato, steam boil until tender (about 15-20minutes)
Reserve any left over water to use for thinning out the sweet potatoes if desired.
Step 4: Puree peas, Spinach & Sweet potato in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add water as needed to reach desired consistency.

I have a love-hate relationship with my body. Especially my tummy and hips area.
I can no longer squeeze into my pre-pregnancy jeans. No matter how much I diet and exercise, I have this horrible saggy pouch of wrinkly skin staring at me when I gaze down. It's worst when I'm seated. I always cover that bit when I'm sitting on the throne every morning. It didn't use to be there 9 years ago.
And then I have that scar. After three attempts trying to clear up the keloids, operation after operation and putting all sorts of creams on it, I've decided to just let that crooked scar be. Where the cut was at, will always leave a sunken line if I wear anything tight.
(So you have your panty waist line, and then you have the C-sect line/fold just slightly below....that's why I like wearing looser clothes)
I'm trying to do more squats to build back the londehness of my arse. Gravity is going crazy on me. My boobs? Engorged? They look pornstar attractive. Visually they might look nice, but the pain is unbearable! And then whilst admiring my mammary glands, I think of my son, immediately I start leaking.
Yes. Definitely not a turn on. At all.
After suckling, one side will always be bigger than the other. After breastfeeding three, it takes a toll on the breast tissues too.

My hair is falling. Hence my new fringe. My son is drooling. They say the more he drools, the more hair loss I face. It's very depressing seeing how my hair clogs the drain each time I wash my hair.
And just when I get depressed, especially after seeing some celebs bounce back so easily, donning the most fashionable getup looking oh so priceless, I am reminded that I am just human. A working mother of three with no helper, driver nor a team of stylist on my beck and call.
Exercise is housework and maybe 30minutes of yoga - itupun more for therapy than exercise per se.
Eating? I try my best to eat healthily, but with three kids and a husband who all have different dietary requirements, my needs are met last and I often eat the extras of the meals I prepare for them. Or none.
So yes. I have a love hate relationship with my body post pregnancy. But after reading this article below, I am reminded not to beat myself up too much.

全部食材配方列表如下:
主食材:
雞腿 6隻 和 大骨腿 2隻 (或全部用雞腿 8隻)
醃料粉漿材料:
太白粉 20公克
低筋麵粉 20公克
地瓜粉 20公克
常溫開水 30cc
鹽 10公克
味精 10公克
胡椒鹽 12公克
五香粉 2小匙 (約4公克)
(也可用 1/2小匙 百草粉替代五香粉, 炸出來的香味更濃郁突出)
全蛋 2顆
沙拉油或芥花油 100cc
油鍋炸油:
油炸用油適量(能蓋滿雞腿的油量,建議用油炸專用油)
做法:
1. 先準備好醃漬雞腿的濕粉漿粉料調味料(上列醃料粉漿材料)
2. 準備一醃漬鋼盆, 放入所有備齊的醃料粉漿材料, 用打蛋器將所有醃料粉漿材料等全部打到均勻混合呈現光亮狀態
3. 將雞腿仔細去除細毛後洗淨, 再用廚房紙巾擦乾雞腿表面水分
4. 將雞腿一隻隻放入打好的醃漬粉漿中, 並讓每隻雞腿都有均勻醃漬到粉漿, 將醃漬鋼盆蓋好保鮮膜放冰箱冷藏醃漬18小時以上
5. 放冰箱醃漬期間每6個小時需拿出來翻拌雞腿1次再放回冷藏, 其目的是讓每隻雞腿都能均勻醃漬入味
6. 18小時後將冰箱醃漬好的雞腿取出, 再次翻拌勻後放置常溫下半小時
7. 準備一油鍋, 油量須蓋過欲炸雞腿數量, 油溫請預熱後恆定溫在170~175度之間
8. 雞腿炸前將先雞皮整理好並裹上濕粉漿, 再稍甩落些溼粉漿, 使其雞腿上一層薄薄的濕粉漿後放入油鍋
9. 雞腿下油鍋後先不要去翻動, 等2分鐘讓雞腿炸定型後再翻動, 每隻雞腿油炸時間15分鐘
10. 油炸15分鐘時間到後取出雞腿瀝乾油分, 趁熱食用
Recipe
Main Ingredients:
6 chicken drumsticks and 2 chicken leg quarters
(or all use chicken drumsticks)
Ingredient Of Marinades:
20g Potato starch
20g Low gluten flour(Cake flour)
20g Sweet potato starch(Tapioca starch)
30cc Water
10g Salt
10g MSG
12g Pepper salt
4g Chinese five spices powder
(If you don't like the taste of chinese five spices powder,
you can use the 2g thyme powder & 2g garlic powder replace it.)
2 Eggs
100cc Soybean oil or Canola oil
Fried oil:
Appropriate amount
(Oil quantity must over the number of chicken legs and
recommended the use of fried special oil; Soybean oil or Canola oil second.)
Method:
1.Prepare all Ingredient Of Marinades for chicken legs.(Please see the above list.)
2.Take a mixing bowl.
3.Add all ingredient of marinades in the mixing bowl.
4.Mix all ingredient of marinades.
5.Prepare the Main Ingredients. (Please see the above list.)
6.Carefully remove the fine hair on chicken legs, wipe dry the surface of chicken legs with kitchen paper towels after cleaning.
7.Put the chicken legs one by one in the marinade.
8.Have each chicken leg coated with marinade.
9.Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap.
10.Put in the refrigerator, marinate chicken legs for 18 hours.
11.During the marinade, stir well the chicken legs every 6 hours.(Purpose to make each chicken leg delicious.)
12.Remove the marinated chicken legs from the fridge after 18 hours.
13.Stir well again after placing half an hour at room temperature.
14.Prepare a deep fryer with oil quantity over the number of chicken legs.
15.Preheat deep-fry oil temperature to 170-175℃ (338-347℉) and then control the oil temperature in this range.
16.Before frying chicken legs, adjust the chicken skin first.(Let the chicken legs look good after frying.)
17.Then wrap the chicken legs in a thin layer of marinade, deep-fry them.
18.Chicken fried time 15 minutes and set the alarm.
19.Do not flip the chicken legs first, then flip the chicken legs 2 minutes later.
20.After the 15 minutes, pinch out the fried chicken legs and drain the oil.
21.Fried chicken legs have all been completed; eat hot and crispy.

最近、気になる"スープジャー"を使って、忙しい朝にちゃちゃっと できてお昼に温かく食べられる『スープカレー』レシピです。
An easy Curry Soup recipe for busy mornings when you want something warm for lunch.
スープカレーはちょっと素材を工夫すれば、お昼には食べごろになっています。
If you get a little creative with the ingredients, you can make it so the soup is perfect to eat at lunchtime.
玉ねぎもイイ感じに柔らかくなります。職場や学校に行くまでにバックの中で揺られてそのまま入れたカレールーもしっかり溶けます。
The onions become nice and soft and the curry roux fully dissolves as it gets shaken up in your bag on the way to work or school.
できるだけ温かく食べてもらうためにお弁当はランチマットなどに包んで、暖かい場所に置いてあげてください。
To keep it warm, please wrap the bento in a wrapping cloth and place it a warm place.
ランチに ほっこりと温かいカレーが食べられます。アツアツではないので、小さなお子さんのお弁当にも安心です。
It should be warm but not scalding hot by the time you are ready to eat, so it's safe for small children as well.

*レシピ*
1.スープカレーを作る。
スープジャーを熱湯で温める。
2.スープジャーを温めている間に材料の準備をします。
ソーセージ(20g)は小さく切る。
3.玉ねぎ(30g)はみじん切りにして、耐熱容器に入れ
サラダ油 小さじ1/2をかけ、軽く混ぜる。
電子レンジに1分30秒かける。
4.スープジャーのお湯を捨て、
玉ねぎ、ソーセージ、一人前のカレールーと分量通りの熱湯を入れ
フタをする。
5.ご飯の準備をする。
ハムやスライスチーズなどでデコる。
くま を作る場合は、ちょっとイビツにゆるく作ったほうが、
不思議とかわいいですよ。
* Recipe*

4. Drain the water from your thermos and add the onion, sausage, a single serving of curry roux, and the appropriate amount of hot water into the lid.
5. Prepare the rice.

Compared to the store-bought Inariage (flavored Aburaage) they are not too sweet but very mild in flavor. Good for your health! Yummy!!!
In the end of this video, I will share with you some clips from Sakura viewing we went this weekend. Unfortunately Sakura trees were not in full bloom and the weather was cold and cloudy... However, many people were enjoying Sakura :)

Inarizushi
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 1hr
Number of servings: 14 pieces
Ingredients:
660g (1.5lb.) cooked Japanese rice (short-grain rice)
A
* 3 tbsp. vinegar
* 1.5 tbsp. sugar
* 1 tsp. salt
7 Aburaage (deep-fried tofu pouch)
B
* 3 tbsp. soy sauce
* 3 tbsp. Mirin (sweet sake)
* 3 tbsp. sugar
* 300ml Dashi broth or water
roasted white sesame seeds if desired
((Toppings - if desired))
* Ikanago (boiled sand eel) + Kinshi Tamago (shredded egg crepes)
* Ikura (salmon roe) + Kinshi Tamago (shredded egg crepes)
* Ikura (salmon roe) + crab meat
* Shiso leaves + Shirasu (dried baby anchovy)
* Kamaage Sakuraebi (small shrimp) + grated ginger
Directions:
1. Place the Aburaage on a cutting board and trace the Aburaage with a chopstick to make it easy to open. Then cut in halves and open. If you want to make a change, you can turn the skins inside out!
2. Put the Aburaage in boiling water for a minute to remove the excess oil. Drain in a strainer and soak them in a bowl of water to cool. Stack up 3-4 pieces at a time, then drain well (press with your hands) like you make a rice ball.
3. Put B and Aburaage in a medium pan, then bring to a boil. Turn the heat down to low and cover with an Otoshibuta or a wooden drop-lid (you can substitute it with with a sheet of aluminum foil and use any small lid or a plate as a weight if needed) and allow to simmer until the liquid is reduced to 1/4. Stop the heat and let them cool completely.
4. Make Sushi vinegar by mixing A (or use store-bought Sushi vinegar). Add the Sushi vinegar while the rice is hot and slice through the rice using a rice paddle to separate the grains. Mix sesame seeds in the Sushi rice if you like. Divide the rice into 14 equal portions. Wet your hands and make small balls of Sushi rice.
5, Take a piece of Aburaage and lightly press with your hand to remove the excess liquid. Open the pouch and fold back the cut edge to make it easy to stuff the rice. Stuff a ball of Sushi rice to the corners of Aburaage with your fingers, then close the pouch.
Leave the pouch open and top with your favorite toppings, if you like :)
