【POSEMETHOD的「轉譯者」：跑步受傷與速度的源頭？】

今年兩岸的朋友都問過我同一個問題：「你現在對自己的定位是什麼？你如何定位現在所做的事？」我毫不猶豫就回答了：我是一位來自台灣的「轉譯者」。嚴格來說我不能算是作家(作品產量太少)、不是翻譯家(翻譯速度與功力都不夠)、不是講者、也不算教練。這些年來，我所做的事是在「傳遞」與「分享」知識，而且不只是生硬的運科知識，必須是經過轉化、相對容易吸收的、可以拿來運用的知識。

在部落格與臉書專頁上寫文章、備課講課與拍影片都是屬於這一類的工作，而且我愛這份工作。每天都充滿了挑戰與樂趣。

在這支影片中，我「轉譯」了羅曼諾夫博士(Dr. Romanov)對於避免運動傷害和加速的論述。影片中我從博士與他的兒子時常在講課中所做的提問開頭：

→跑步的每一步可分成騰空期與觸地期，跑步的運動傷害主要發生在何時？

答案是觸地期，不良的落地姿勢與過長的觸地時間會增加運動傷害的風險。簡單來說：觸地時間越長代表腳部所承受的壓力越久，越容易造成「非肌肉組織」的運動傷害。因為跑者受傷部位的前幾名中都不是肌肉，像是：跑者膝(Runner’s Knee)、脛前痛(Shin Splints)、底筋膜炎(Plantar Fasciitis)、跟腱痛(Achilles Pain )、 髂脛束症候群(ITB Syndrome)、下背痛(Low Back Pain) 。

所以這邊才要特別強調「非肌肉組織」，這些組織是韌帶、肌腱、筋膜和結諦組織，而這些組織的特徵都是：負責「輕快」的動作，無法長時間承受(體重的)壓力。從跑步的語言來說：若觸地時間太長，這些相應承受體重的非肌肉組織就會受傷。

—關於左右腳的「觸地平衡」—
有些跑者在跑步時，兩腳觸地的時間不一樣，用這種不平的狀態跑久了就很容易受傷。很多人會以為原因出自觸地時間較長的那隻腿的肌力不足所造成，但其實大多是另一隻腿的問題。以影片中示範的跑者為例，他的左右平衡是：左腳 48% /右腳 52 % ，原因是跑步時左腳留在身體後方比較久，造成右腳觸地時間變長。

矯正的方式是加快左腳「拉起」的速度。當兩隻腳拉起的速度一致時，左右平衡自然會回到：50% 50%

—跑步速度來自？—
很多人一直認為跑步的速度來自於下肢的肌肉與步頻，但只要能從一個問題開始從新思考速度，就能逐漸想清楚速度的源頭，以及加速時我們該做的事。這個問題在影片中段提出：

「原地跑步與向前跑之間主要的差異在哪裡？」

我們可以在原地提高步頻，但速度仍為零。我們也可能在加速時刻意提高步頻，但對加速幫助不大，只是變得更累。所以我們必須認真回答上面這個問題。

羅曼諾夫博士(Dr. Romanov)給我一個完美的答案，這是從來沒有一本教科書或其他教練給過的答案，一個既簡潔又複雜的答案：

跑步的速度來自落下角度(Falling Angle)。

簡潔，是因為一句話就可以說出結論；複雜，是指背後的物理與數學計算公式，從不同的腿長與角度可以對應出不同的配速和步頻。
