Chị biết có nhiều bạn bị lỡ cơ hội đi làm hoặc thực tập do dịch bệnh Covid-19, nhưng mà không sao đâu cánh cửa này khép lại thì cánh cửa khác lại mở ra. Chị vừa mới biết có cơ hội thực tập xịn xò tại Hiệp hội Thương mại Mỹ tại Việt Nam dành cho cả nhà đây.
Tổng quan về AmCham Vietnam tại TP.HCM, đây là một hiệp hội độc lập của các doanh nghiệp Mỹ và doanh nghiệp quốc tế. AmCham tổ chức các sự kiện và ủy ban để hợp tác với các cơ quan chính phủ, góp phần tạo ra một môi trường kinh doanh tốt hơn, và giúp đỡ cộng đồng thông qua các chương trình tập trung vào giáo dục và chăm sóc sức khỏe.
Vị trí: Membership Services Assistant (part-time)
Thời gian bắt đầu: 01.06.2020 - làm việc trong 9-12 tháng, thời gian linh động
Một số nhiệm vụ chính:
- Hỗ trợ Membership Manager trả lời câu hỏi từ các thành viên, đối tác hoặc các bên liên quan về dịch vụ thành viên, các sự kiện AmCham, hoặc chương trình Discount
- Duy trì và cập nhật chính xác hồ sơ của thành viên và đối tác
- Làm việc với các đối tác kinh doanh về lợi ích của thành viên
- Chuẩn bị tài liệu marketing liên quan đến dịch vụ thành viên
- Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị, điều phối và thực hiện các sự kiện Chamber, v.v.

- Strong data management skills
- Good time and task management skill
- Strong communication skill in Vietnamese and English (verbal and non-verbal)

- Basic sales skills are a plus, but not compulsory
- Basic designing skill (AI, PTS) is a plus, but not compulsory

Requirements:
- Immediate available would be an definite advantage
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
- With at least 2 years accounting experience
- Able to handle full set of account and financial reports
- Mature, independent & able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility
- Strong numerical sense with detail oriented; good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using accounting software, POS & MS Office
- Good command of both English and Chinese
Job Responsibilities:
- Full set of Accounts including daily accounting operation
- Issue invoices and follow up overdue ARs and review aging reports
- Coordinate with other departments on accounting matters
- Prepare financial reports and weekly cash flow reports
- Coordinate & monitor accounting & finance operations & APs
- Assist in annual audit, taxation and assisting in ad hoc assignment
- Perform office admin and management work
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

2. Sales/Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
• He/she is responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies, programs and promotions, sales administration and achieving sales target
• He/she is also to achieve set target in student enrolment. He/she is also to develop college-wide counsellor training plan to ensure that all counsellors are provided with the accurate and up-to-date information for the purposes of enrolment to enquiring students and their parents (both local and international) on the programme/courses offered by the college.
• To plan road-shows, exhibitions, company's events, etc
• To build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, strengthen and optimize relationships with clients, prospects and partners and demonstrate high integrity
Requirements:
• Bachelor/Master Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of similar experience, preferably in an education institution with proven successful track records.
• People friendly and good communication & interpersonal skills. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• The candidate must have significant experience of managing sales/front liners, initiate sales and business strategic planning and overseeing the implementation of plans through to positive outcomes.
• Good market knowledge and trend in the education industry. Strong understanding of the feeder market and trends and ability to develop strategic enrollment plans and deliver against agreed milestones. Able to work under pressure.

• He/she works closely with other colleagues in the Academics, Marketing and other administrative offices to plan and implement a variety of events including new student orientation, monthly Student Council activities, part-time vacancies, liaising with companies and potential employers, etc.
• He/she is also responsible for the overall administration of the Student Affairs office including managing the budget given.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Bachelor degree, preferably in relevant field
• Experienced, matured and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• People-oriented with excellent communication, mediation and consultative skills
• Understanding and appreciation for the intellectual, social and political development of a diverse and highly motivated undergraduate population
• Must be available for some evening and weekend responsibilities and activities
• 3-5 years experience working in student affairs, with experience in event planning and student advising are added advantages
