Official Clarification Notice from Symphony Musical House Sdn. Bhd.
2018年11月3日，行动党直辖区公共投诉局主任游佳豪与群众非法集会，拉布条示威，并毁谤本公司旗下艺人钟洁希，并引起报章、电视新闻或网路媒体等竞相报导。
针对此次媒体对钟洁希所公开报导的不实及毁谤性言论，澳洲未来娱乐暨音乐集团和星音符制作有限公司作为钟洁希的经纪公司，坚决否认此事的真实性。这些毁谤性新闻严重损害本公司旗下艺人钟洁希的名誉。
为澄清事实，本公司严正声明如下：
一、本公司与钟洁希本人并无涉及任何非法集资活动。
二、钟洁希从来都没有收过保绿木会员的任何投资款项。
三、钟洁希并不是“保绿木老板娘”(她只是与其他同台歌手一样，曾经受邀成为保绿木公司活动演唱嘉宾）。
本公司经和律师团商议后，认为内容对艺人钟洁希有极具毁谤性的描绘，并构成极重大的伤害。这些毁谤性的报道与行为已经交由警方与律师处理，并启动名誉权讼诉等一切可能的方式，以追究相关主体法律责任的权利。
谨此敦促各有关方面及公众即刻停止传播上述不实及贬损性信息，以免造成误导并承受法律责任。

On November 3rd, 2018, Kuala Lumpur DAP assistant organising secretary Yew Jia Haur and a crowd of people held an illegal demonstration, criticising Jessie Chung, an artist under our management, attracting the attention of various newspapers, TV news and internet media.
Future Entertainment & Music Group Australia Pty. Ltd. and Symphony Musical House Sdn. Bhd., the record labels of which Jessie Chung is under, firmly deny the false and slanderous defamations about her. These defamatory news seriously damage the reputation of our artist Jessie Chung.
We hereby declare the following statements to clarify the facts:
1. Both companies and Jessie Chung have never been involved in any illegal investment funding activities.
2. Jessie Chung has never received any money from the investments of Pollywood members.
3. Jessie Chung is not the owner of Pollywood (just like all the other guest performers, she was merely one of the artists invited to perform at Pollywood events).
After consulting with a legal team, we deem that the media reports of our artist Jessie Chung portray her in a defamatory manner and constitute as a serious damage to her. These defamatory reports and actions have been handed over to the law enforcement and a team of lawyers to be dealt with. We have also taken advantage of the right to pursue legal action via defamation of character lawsuits and other possible litigatory proceedings to investigate the legal responsibility of the relevant subjects.
We urge the public and all relevant parties to cease at once the propagation of such forged and defamatory information, so as to prevent misleading others and incurring upon oneself the burden of legal liabilities.
