The new #Rolex Deepsea with a D-blue dial is a tribute to James Cameron’s historic solo dive to the deepest point in the ocean. The deep blue to pitch-black gradient dial is reminiscent of the ocean’s twilight zone, where the last trickle of light from the surface disappears into the abyss. The “DEEPSEA” marking on the new dial adopts the colour of James Cameron’s green submersible as it is seen underwater.

With the Covid-19 spreading around the world and affecting everyone’s lives, we were worry that the Olympics will not be held as scheduled. After all, the Olympics is the greatest achievement in athlete's lives!
We understand that many Japanese people are opposed to hosting 2020 Tokyo Olympics and worried about the risk of infection to the country.
Before the Olympics, Taiwan was also suffering from the epidemic. Thank you Japan for lending a help and providing us with vaccines, so that all Taiwanese can feel the friendship and love between Taiwan and Japan🙏🙏🙏

And the third step is to do workouts, which train your Transverse Abdominis or your T Abs. This muscle is the deepest of all the abdominal muscles, and it holds everything in. So working on your T abs will not only contribute to a flat tummy, but is vital in preventing low back pain by stabilizing your spine and pelvis.
This is what the workout aims to do. Only 5:30 minutes long and I want you to do this workout 2 -3 times weekly for best result. It's going to be fun and sore! =)
