只剩幾個月（我的天啊， 怎麼那麼快！）我們的生活都要大大大大改變了，期待又緊張。 但是常有人說 ”唯一的不變就是變“
Only a few months left until our lives are turned upside down again by baby number two. Am I nervous, of course! But as they say, “The only thing constant in life is change.”

目前這個孕期幸運的很順利，我們也維持了算是正常的生活， 尤其是在這個只能說很獨特也很難忘的一年，我拍了很多節目也完成演出了一部戲。年後還有一些期待能跟你們分享的新作品！
I’ve been lucky so far this pregnancy - we have been able to maintain a somewhat normal life given everything that’s happened (is happening) this year. I’ve been able to film several shows and dramas and I have more projects coming up which I can’t wait to share with you.

我們也真的很幸運， 還可以自在的在台灣到處旅遊，帶小孩去探索許多新的地方跟體驗。（跟小朋友一起旅遊跟自己出遊真的很不一樣）
AND, I’m super lucky that we’ve been able to travel domestically around Taiwan and explore so many different places and things. :)

我現在體重已經增加了10公斤（哇！）所以能在身上減輕多少重量我都非常歡迎！謝謝Sony Alpha 7C 推出全世界目前最輕的全片幅相機，讓我可以好好的拍很多照片然後不覺得我是在健身房舉重。因為，就承認了吧，等小寶寶一出來，我一定每天至少會拍27,539張照片（哈）。
I’m already carrying an extra 10 kilos (yikes!) of extra weight, so it’s nice not to have to carry any extra weight everywhere else. So thank you Sony alpha 7C for being the lightest full frame camera on the market. This makes taking pictures feel like I'm not also doing weights in the gym.
Because, come on, let's be honest. We all know that as soon as that baby comes out, I'm going to be taking at least 27,539 pictures every day.

ディズニー映画『ファンタジア』公開80周年を記念した特別塗装機「JAL DREAM EXPRESS FANTASIA 80」が11月18日(水)より国内線に就航することが決定しました！
今回の特別塗装機は、1994年の初代「JALドリームエクスプレス」(5機)、2001年「JALドリームエクスプレス21」(4機)、2018年「JAL DREAMEXPRESS 90」(1機)に続き、11機目として新たに加わります。
　　　
1940年の公開以来、人々に愛され続けている、ウォルト・ディズニーの不朽の名作『ファンタジア』。この特別塗装機は、魔法使いの弟子の姿をしたミッキーマウスと、ミッキーが羽織るローブのカラーがあしらわれており、魔法にかけられた飛行機が日本各地へ夢と希望を運びます。

The cake is healthy banana rum-raisin cake. I coated it with white chocolate. In this way you can keep the cake moist in the fridge. Yummy!!!

Pink Jewel Christmas Cake

Difficulty: medium
Time: 2 hours
Number of servings: 1 cake

Necessary Equipment:
13cm (5.1-inch) heart shaped cake pan
cookie cutters of your choice

Ingredients:
((Cookies))
50g (1.8oz.) butter (softened)
50g (1.8oz.) cake flour
50g (1.8oz.) bread flour
30g (1.0oz.) powder sugar
1 tbsp. milk
white chocolate pen
sprinkles of your choice (I used silver and pink silver)
((Cake))
1 egg
75g (2.6oz.) cake flour
50g (1.8oz.) butter (softened)
40g (1.4oz.) soft brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 banana
40g (1.4oz.) rum-soaked raisins
((Decoration))
120g (4.2oz.) white chocolate
meringue Santa Claus

Directions:
((Cookies))
1. Mix butter, milk, and powder sugar (powder sugar makes the cookie crisp) with spatula until creamy.
2. Sift in the cake flour and bread flour mixture (you can use all-purpose flour) little by little and mix well.
3. Roll out dough between two pieces of plastic wrap to 0.3 cm (0.1 inch) thick. Refrigerate the dough for at least 1 hour to chill.
4. Preheat the oven to 170C (338F). Remove the plastic wrap. Cut out cookies with cookie cutters of your choice. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Roll out scraps, and repeat.
5. Bake at 170C (338F) for 10-12 minutes. Cool the cookies (on the sheet or wire rack) and attach sprinkles (use tweezers to attach) with chocolate pen (Set the chocolate pen in a cup of hot water for a few minutes. Cut the tip of the chocolate pen and use).
((Cake))
1. Preheat the oven to 180C (350F). Mash the banana with fork.
2. Cream the butter in a large bowl with a wire whisk. Add sugar, beaten egg (little by little), and mix well.
3. With a spatula, mix banana. Sift in flour and baking powder a small amount at a time, and mix well. Then add rum-soaked raisins and mix well.
4. Butter the cake pan and pour the mixture in the pan.
5. Bake at 180C (350F) for 30-40 minutes, or until lightly browned. (Depending on the heat of the oven, cooking time may differ, so please watch out.)
6. Place the cake pan on the wire rack to cool.
((Decoration))
1. Remove the cake from the pan and turn upside-down on the wire rack.
2. Melt white chocolate over hot water. Pour over the cake and spread over the side or let it drizzle down the side.
3. Decorate the cake with cookies and meringue Santa Claus, or any sugar decoration of your choice ;)

武蔵小杉駅（むさしこすぎえき）
JR東日本　南武線
1927年（昭和2年）11月1日に南武鉄道線、向河原駅 - 武蔵中原駅間にグラウンド前停留場と武蔵小杉停留場を開業。
現在の武蔵小杉駅の位置にあったのがグラウンド前停留場で、当時の武蔵小杉停留場はその西方の府中街道（国道409号）との交点にあった。
1944年（昭和19年）4月1日に南武鉄道線が国有化されて運輸通信省南武線となる。グラウンド前停留場が駅に昇格、武蔵小杉駅に改称。武蔵小杉停留場廃止。
1945年（昭和20年）6月16日に南武線との交点に東急の武蔵小杉駅が開業。暫定的な駅として作ったため、ホームに屋根のない駅で朝夕に限り定期券を所持している通勤客専用の駅だった。
1959年（昭和34年）12月に国鉄（北口）の駅前広場が整備され、東急バスのターミナルが工業都市（現・東横線小杉駅）から小杉駅前（北口広場）へ移動。
1988年（昭和63年）11月27日に南武線連続立体交差事業に伴い武蔵中原方の下り線を高架に切り替え。
1990年（平成2年）12月20日に南武線連続立体交差事業に伴い武蔵中原方の上り線を高架に切り替え。
2022年（令和4年）3月に南武線にホームドアを設置する予定。
2018年度の1日平均乗車人員は130,752人で、JR東日本管内の駅では船橋駅に次いで第26位、神奈川県内では川崎駅に次ぐ第3位。
Musashi-kosugi Station
JR East Nambu Line
On November 1, 1927, the Nambu Railway Line opened a Gurandomae stop.
On April 1, 1944, the Nambu Railway Line was nationalized and Gurandomae stop was upgraded to a station, renamed Musashikosugi Station.
A platform door will be installed on the Nambu Line in March 2022.
The average number of passengers per day in FY2018 was 130,752, and it is the 26th largest station in the Station of JR East after Funabashi Station.

1897年（明治30年）
2月25日に磐城線の水戸駅と当駅間開業と同時に、平駅（たいらえき）として開設。
8月29日に当駅と久ノ浜駅間が延伸開業し、途中駅となる。
1906年（明治39年）11月1日に日本鉄道が国有化され、官設鉄道の所属となる。
1909年（明治42年）10月12日に線路名称制定により常磐線の所属となる。
1915年（大正4年）7月10日に平郡東線の当駅から小川郷駅間が開業する。
1949年（昭和24年）6月1日に日本国有鉄道が発足。
1963年（昭和38年）
5月1日に常磐線の高萩駅と当駅間が電化される。
9月30日に電化区間が当駅から草野駅まで延長。
1987年（昭和62年）4月1日に国鉄分割民営化に伴い、東日本旅客鉄道（JR東日本）の駅となる。
1994年（平成6年）12月3日いわき市などの要望により、いわき駅に改称。
2005年（平成17年）3月24日自動改札機を導入。
2007年（平成19年）
3月18日ダイヤ改正により上野を発着とする中距離列車はE531系電車に統一され、同時にグリーン車も導入され運行範囲が上野ー高萩間となったため、当駅と上野を結ぶ普通列車は前日を最後に運用を終了した。
10月25日に新駅舎へ移転するとともに、いわき駅前再開発ビル「ラトブ」 (LATOV) が開業。
2009年（平成21年）
3月14日に東京近郊区間の拡大に伴い、IC乗車券「Suica」の利用が可能となる（水戸方面のみ）。
6月19日に新駅ビル「いわき駅ビル」が開業。
2016年（平成28年）10月1日に1・2番線の発車メロディをジェイク・シマブクロの「フラガール～虹を～」に変更。
2017年（平成29年）10月21日に常磐線竜田 - 富岡間再開通に伴い、一部方面の旅客案内を変更。仙台方面の旅客案内を磐越東線経由から、常磐線（下り）経由に変更。
2019年（平成31年・令和元年）
7月12日に改札内にNewDaysが開店。
2020年（令和2年）
3月14日に1日1往復設定されていた当駅発着の「ときわ」の運転区間短縮に伴い、「ときわ」の停車駅から除外。同日、東日本大震災の影響で不通になっていた、富岡 - 浪江間の復旧に伴い、当駅以北の特急「ひたち」の運転再開。
8月26日に改札内に駅ナカシェアオフィス「STATION BOOTH」が開業。
8月31日に南口開発工事に伴うリニューアル実施のため、駅ビル「いわき駅ビル」が閉店。
11月30日に改札内待合室がリニューアル。
2022年（令和4年）春に南口にホテルおよび商業施設が開業予定。
2019年度（令和元年度）の1日平均乗車人員は5,690人で、福島県の駅では郡山駅、福島駅に次いで第3位。
