This weekend, Calvin Klein Collection hosted an intimate dinner in Milan celebrating Italo Zucchelli's ten years as Men's Creative Director of the brand. 創作理念：
我們會受傷，但堅強的人們還是能夠重拾碎片再度「拼回來」，如同花蓮並不會因為一場大地震而被擊倒，因為挫折，我們反能更加堅強茁壯。
創作背景：
2018年2月6日大地震造成花蓮嚴重災情，有感於災後地方石材產業受損嚴重，由在地圖文創作者Duncan發起，結合精通石雕技藝的藝術家王標、葉權賢、林立仁，希冀藉由各自所長，利用具在地文化價值之素材共同創作一象徵重振精神的公共藝術作品，籌備期間惠納地方人士捐贈與各級單位之支持，本作品才能完整呈現於大眾面前。作品以破損石材堆疊後進行雕刻創作，並選址於此，即前身為舊監獄遺跡的自由廣場。而平日於自強外役監獄教授石雕技藝的藝術家們，亦盼於本古蹟場域傳達“拼回自己的人生”之正面附加喻意。

Creative intent:
People get hurt, but the strong ones pick up the pieces and put them back together again. Similarly, Hualien will not be defeated by an earthquake, because setbacks make us stronger.
Creative background:
On February 6, 2018, Hualien was devastated by a massive earthquake. Seeing that Hualien’s stone industry suffered major loss, a local illustrator proposed building a public art display out of local materials. With the help of three master sculptors, donations from the public, and the support of the local government, the piece was finally completed and unveiled. Rocks broken in the earthquake were stacked and sculpted, and the sculpture was erected at Freedom Square on the grounds of Hualien’s former prison. The sculptors, who teach sculpting to inmates at Ziciang Minimum-Security Prison, also hope that erecting the sculpture at this historic site conveys the positive meaning of “putting one’s life back together.”

Hi guys, My name is Afdlin Shauki, I am a Malaysian who loves his country just like you, I am a film director, a writer, an actor, a comedian by profession, a father, a husband and a son. I have worked for over 20 years in the entertainment industry and although I was trained as an architect, I decided to join the entertainment industry because it is about making people happy, about making people open their minds to the infinite possibilities that life has to offer through one’s creative endeavors. In a time when there are so many things to frown upon, the arts provide some form of balance to our emotions.
I think over the 20 years, there have been millions of children, teenagers, adults and warga emas who I have entertained and have given at least a brief respite from their hectic daily life. The funny thing is, all this while, I have been an UMNO supporter but nobody cared because nobody knew. My question is that, now I have become an UMNO member, does that suddenly make me an evil person? Does that make me different from whom I was before? Is it wrong to have a point of view?
I am a person who has always spoken my mind, and through my body of work, I have made known things which are important to me.
Have I pissed the government off before? I’m not sure, but I probably have when I did my political comedy satire shows before. I also did the music video ‘UNDILAH’ which was banned by the government for being too political, even my Datin Maimon is taken to be a parody of the first lady, eventhough that is purely coincidental. My father in-law is from the opposition party in Sabah. A lot of my friends in the arts are very vocal supporters of the opposition, but political differences aside, we are still friends and family because at the end of the day we are Malaysians and want the very best for Malaysia.
I know a lot of you are asking why I decided to join UMNO, why now?
Does it really matter?
Those of you who have made up your mind that you do not like me anymore, have already set your thoughts and have judged me. Suddenly I have become unlikeable, even though essentially I have not changed.
For those who genuinely want to know, the reason is that I believe in their mission and ideology, I believe that they are genuine in wanting to have a cleaner more progressive government, genuine in wanting to see us all safe and to prosper. There will always be a few bad hats in any party but the point is that UMNO wants to clean up their act because they know in order to be the people’s choice once again, they have to make that change. I want to be a part of that. I believe in 1 Malaysia, all my films have always had those elements within. I believe positivity begets positivity, the current government isn’t perfect, nor do they claim to be, but if they are genuine in wanting to transform themselves into a better government, then I’m all for it. If there is something that I disagree about with regards to what the party is doing then I will voice it out to the powers that be. Because as a member it is my right to help the party become better.
As a person what I want in life is peace and a chance for all of us to live our lives to the fullest. A place for my children to be able to grow and live safely.
I am still Afdlin Shauki. I am now an UMNO member, but i believe it’s ok to have different political views and still be friends. I am still a social commentator through my art and I will stand and fight for any fellow Malaysians in need, regardless what party they belong to.
Haters will hate everything regardless. Positive people look at situations as possibilities. I am not becoming a politician but now you know my political views. I am still an artiste who will keep on doing his work. To entertain everyone, regardless.
To those who are going to end their relationship with me, I wish you well and all the best in everything you do. To those who might not like the idea but respect my right as a Malaysian too choose, I thank you. To new friends, welcome to the life of Afdlin Shauki… never a dull moment hahaha…. カリカリに焼けたアイスクリーム食べてみる？？？
絞り袋を重ねた２色のメレンゲで、気持ちは「なんちゃってソフトクリーム」です。

*レシピ*
アイスクリームコーン部分のクッキーを焼きます。（生地半量使用 およそ60枚分）
１．フードプロセッサーに薄力粉 90g、コーンスターチ 90g、砂糖 50gをザッと混ぜ合わせる。
２．小さめに切った 無塩バター 80gを入れ、サラっとするまで混ぜる。
３．牛乳 30g、バニラオイルも入れ混ぜる。
４．手でひとまとまりにし、ラップに包み冷蔵庫で30分休ませる。今回は、3ミリの厚さに伸ばしてから休ませました。
５．型抜きし、模様をつける。
６．180℃に予熱したオーブンで12分焼く。
アイスクリーム部分の焼きメレンゲを作ります。（およそ60個分）
７．ボウルに入れた２個分の卵白（65g）を 熱めのお湯（50度くらい）で湯煎しながら泡立てる。あれば、クリームターター（卵白1個およそ35gに対し付属スプーン山盛り3杯）を入れる。
８．卵白の倍量の粉砂糖（130g）を2回に分けて加え、さらに泡立てる。しっかりとしたメレンゲを作る。
９．お好みの色の食用色素を混ぜ、色メレンゲを作る。
１０．オーブンシートを敷いた天板に焼きあがった６を並べる。
１１．９を口金をつけた絞り袋に入れ、１０に絞り出す。
１２．100度に予熱したオーブンで90分焼く。
１３．焼きあがったら、オーブンの庫内が冷めるまで、そのままにしておく。
１４．このアイスクリームはたいへん壊れやすい？（溶けやすい）ので、早めにお召し上がりください。
"Baked Merengue Ice Cream Cone Cookies"
Would you like to try ice cream that's been baked 'till it's crispy???
*RECIPE*
Bake the cookie cones. (Half of the dough will be used for approximately 60 cones)
1. Mix 90g of baking flour, 90g of corn starch, and 50g of sugar in a food processor.
2. Add 80g of thinly-cut unsalted butter and mix until smooth.
3. Mix in 30g of milk and a few drops of vanilla oil.
4. Roll dough into a ball with your hands and wrap in plastic. Use roller to flatten dough down to a 3mm sheet and let rest in fridge for 30 minutes.
5. Cut dough with included cookie cutters and add patterns.
6. Bake for 12 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Bake the merengue for the ice cream. (Makes approximately 60 scoops)
7. Prepare a bowl with hot water (approximately 50 degrees Celsius). Insert another bowl into that bowl and add two egg whites (65g). Blend while heating. If available, add cream tartar (three heaping spoonsful using the included spoon for each 35g of egg white).
8. Add 130g of powdered sugar to the egg whites, 65g at a time, and blend until a solid merengue is formed.
9. Add food coloring as desired.
10. Align in rows of six on a tray with a baking sheet.
11. Place the merengue in a pastry bag and squeeze onto the cones.
12. Bake for 90 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius.
13. When finished baking, leave in oven until it cools.
14. The ice cream melts rapidly (in other words, it breaks easily), so please eat rapidly.

Hi Every one, This is Kimura U. I am the pinkest creator in the universe.
Today’s challenge is shiny eye makeup using color mascara.
Starting from base makeup.
Let’s start with powder foundation.
Let’s apply the eye shadows.
I will use this purple eye shadow.
Mix different types of purple, and balance the color.
Cover the edge of the eye with dark color and make a gradation.
Apply this gel eye color over it.
Don’t put directly to the eye. Put some on your finger and check the color.
Then apply.
The eye lid is thin, so gently blend it in.
Add some more purple eye shadow to the edge of the eye
Adding thick colors along the edge will make the eyes look wider
Voila! Let’s add this red color mascara
Apply by waving the mascara like this.
The bottom eye lashes are shorter compared to the top, so apply by putting the brush vertically
Using this glitter eye liner, let’s add to the eyelid and make it shiny.
Apply along the eye lid.
From the corner, stick out a bit and pull up to make it like a cat’s eye.
Do the same to the bottom eye lid.
Apply less to the bottom than the top.
Less is better.
Add a little to the inner corner as well.
This is how the eye is done.
Shiny shiny!
Let’s mix these 3 colors for the cheek.
Fluorescent pink, pale pink and a little pale pink. These 3 colors.
Under the pupils, stretch to the side.
Normally you put it around here, but put it in a higher position this time.
Today, let’s put some on the nose to make it look like sun burn.
Next, put this lip gloss. Pastel Pink.
Let’s put pink glitter over it.
When you put a lot over your lip, the distance between nose and lip will be close, which makes the baby face look.
This is color mascara for eye makeup, but I will try this on my eye brows.
Putting mascara on the eye brows.
Use this gold color.
Shake sideways just as you put mascara.
Using this pink brow pen for cosplays for the eyebrows.
Brow pen for cosplay has very strong colors, so gently apply.
Use a cotton bud to blend in.
Use this eye brow color and this cheek color to give some shadow to the eye brows.
This and this color.
lace some on the inner corner of the eye and blend your skin and eye brows.
Add some brown to the outer corner and blend in.
Let’s put these nail stickers like freckles.
There we go.
Now to arrange the hair a little.
Comb the hair and straighten it up, use a hair tie to bind the pigtails.
Twine a little of the hair where the knot is.
Make it fluffy and straighten it as if you used and iron.
The fashion theme today is using the Pink, as in the pinkest creator in the universe, Kimura U as a base, and eye make-up and fashion should also be pink.
This is the candy mille-feuille design which I drew as an illustration. It’s a sandwich of mille-feuilles with candy in between, and it is such a sweet girly design. This cardigan and tights was aligned with my candy mille-fille design.
