標題Costco購買的Apple Pencil三個月可退嗎？

本來打算以iPad pro取代筆記本，
但是最近在圖書館使用時，
被附近的居民反應Apple Pencil寫字時會跟螢幕發出滿大聲的雜音，
請我不要使用Apple pencil會影響他人，
因為被不只一位反應，
所以打消使用Apple pencil的念頭了，


問題是我是在新竹店買的，
購買時再領貨櫃檯工作人員有告知蘋果商品無瑕疵不能退貨，
但是爬文又有看到其他版友退貨成果，（不確定是不是三個月內瑕疵）
想請問版友Apple產品是不是真的三個月內無瑕疵就不能退貨？
