ผมใช้ครับว่าลงเวลานะ ไม่ได้ใช้คำว่าตอกบัตร ซึ่งผมค่อนข้างมั่นใจนะว่าหลายบริษัทยังคงใช้รูปแบบนี้อยู่ แล้วบางทีก็เป็นบริษัทที่ขายความทันสมัย ขายความเป็นคนรุ่นใหม่ แต่ไหงยังใช้วิธีลงเวลาแบบตอกบัตรอยู่หว่า แฮร่

ถ้ามองในมุมพนักงานอย่างเรา ๆ นี่ ว่ากันตามตรงเราก็ไม่ค่อยชอบเรื่องการลงเวลาเท่าไหร่หรอก จะเรียกว่าเราก็อาจจะไม่ถูกเท่าไหร่ คนแบบผมนี่แหละที่ไม่ค่อยชอบการต้องลงเวลาเท่าไหร่ คืองานผมไม่ได้โอทีไง 555 ลงเวลาเข้าออก ก็ไม่ได้ตังค์เพิ่มซักหน่อย แต่ต้องเข้างานตรงเวลานะ ส่วนเวลาออกนั้น …….

ผมก็เลยคิดว่าถ้าบริษัทยังจำเป็นต้องใช้เรื่องการลงเวลา ก็น่าจะอำนวยความสะดวกให้กับพนักงานหน่อย อย่างผมสมัยที่ต้องลงเวลานี่หงุดหงิดมากนะ ถ้าเห็นละว่าคิวยาวเหยียดเลยกว่าจะถึงคิวเรา ไม่ใช่อะไร เหลืออีก 2 นาทีก็จะสายแล้วไง ไว ๆ กันหน่อยสิเพ่

“ลงเวลาแทนกัน” น่าจะเป็นปัญหาดรามาตลอดกาลของบริษัทครับ ผมเองก็เคยเจอเคสนี้อยู่เป็นระยะ ซึ่งหลาย ๆ เคสก็จบลงที่การปลดพนักงานออก หลายบริษัทก็เลยเปลี่ยนมาใช้ Finger Scan หรือเครื่องแสกนลายนิ้วมือแทน เพราะลายนิ้วมือของแต่ละคนไม่เหมือนกัน ก็ตัดปัญหาดรามานี้ไปได้แน่ ๆ

พอเป็น Finger Scan ก็ได้ประโยชน์ทั้งพนักงานแล้วก็บริษัทด้วย ไม่ต้องกังวลว่าบัตรจะหาย เพราะเราไปทำงานพร้อมนิ้วอยู่แล้ว บริษัทก็ทำงานง่ายขึ้นเพราะสามารถดึงข้อมูลทุกอย่างได้จ่าย การคำนวณผิดพลาดเรื่องการจ่ายเงินเงินเดือน การจ่าย OT ก็ลดลงตามไปด้วย Win Win

ปัญหาอย่างเดียวที่เคยเจอสำหรับ Finger Scan ก็คือมือเปียก ลายนิ้วมือไม่ชัด โดยเฉพาะพี่ ๆ ที่อายุเยอะหน่อยลายนิ้วมืออาจจะเลือน ๆ ไป ก็เลย Scan ไม่ติด ซึ่งก็กลายเป็นปัญหาเพิ่มขึ้นมาแทนที่จะทำงานง่ายขึ้นก็ต้องมาแก้ปัญหานี้แทน ถ้าบริษัท หรือ HR จะเลือกใช้ Finger Scan ก็พิจารณาเรื่องนี้ด้วยนะครับ
