KINH NGHIỆM SƯƠNG MÁU VỀ THUÊ TRỌ Ở HÀ NỘI 😅
1. Đừng bao giờ tin vào mấy bảng cho thuê phòng trọ sinh viên giá rẻ hay các tờ in dán trên tường và cột điện. Nếu muốn kiếm trọ hãy kiểm mấy nhà trọ có treo bảng cho thuê ngay trước cửa hay tìm kiếm trong các hội nhóm uy tín trên mạng xã hội.
2. Các chiêu bài xấu của chủ trọ tinh quái như soi mói đời sống cá nhân, đặt ra hàng loạt quy định vô lý quyt tiền đặt cọc, thu tiền điện nước giá "cắt cổ". . đều được các bạn sinh viên khóa trước đăng đàn bóc phốt . Nhớ check list các phòng trọ đen khu vực muốn ở, bạn sẽ né được vô vàn tình huống khóc dở chết dở.
3. Mẹo nhỏ khi muốn tìm hiểu kỹ về ngôi nhà, đừng hỏi chủ trọ mà hãy thẳng tiền đi hỏi hàng xóm, đặc biệt là các bà bán hàng đầu ngõ. Muốn thu hút được nhiều khách, hầu như nhà chủ sẽ không kể cho bạn những bí- mật - không- ai- muốn- biết. Nhiệt tình một chút, bạn nhất định sẽ có được những thông tin mình cần!
4. Hợp đồng là duy nhất, là số một. Có thể bạn ngại đọc những trang giấy dày đặc chữ nhưng hãy tập làm quen với điều đó đi. Hợp đồng là bằng chứng rõ ràng nhất để đôi bên không lật mặt nhau nếu mai này đường ai nấy đi. Hãy nhớ: "No contract, no money".
5. Hãy đọc kỹ điều khoản hợp đồng như tiền đóng, thời gian đóng tiền cùng các nội quy phòng trọ khác Ngoài ra cần kiểm tra kỹ người kí hợp đồng với mình có phải chủ thực tế hay không. Nếu người thuê nguyên nhà rồi cho thuê lại sẽ có nguy cơ một ngày nào đó, bạn được báo cuối tuần phải dọn đi ngay vì nhà bị lấy lại.
6. Có những quy tắc ngầm chỉ những người ở lâu mới biết được như không được làm việc này, không được làm việc nọ . . . Nhất định phải nắm vững nội quy phòng trọ để giữ hòa khí với chủ nhà và 500 anh em cùng thuê khác.
7. Hãy kiểm tra kỹ lại tất cả đồ nhà trọ một lượt như khóa cổng, khoá phòng, các đồ đạc được bàn giao các đường ống dẫn nước . . . để đảm bảo tất cả đồ còn dùng được lâu và lỗi hỏng lần gần nhất là do bạn chỉ không phải đồ đã quá hạn sử dụng rồi nhé !
8.Nếu tính ở đâu lâu thì nhất định phải đi đăng ký tạm trú , đăng ký ngay trong tháng đầu mới chuyển đến .Vì đây là quy định của Pháp luật để phục vụ công tác trị an .Nếu không có , bạn có thể sẽ đối mặt với viễn cảnh tương lai bị Công an khảm nhà và mất vài trăm nghìn tiên phạt
9. Và cuối cùng , cái gì không biết nhưng biết điều nhất định phải biết ! Việc sống hòa thuận với những người xung quanh sẽ giúp cuộc sống sinh viên của bạn bớt thị phi hơn . Bạn không làm phiền người ta , sống văn minh , lịch sự thì không ai có lý do gì để làm bạn khó chịu . Nếu có bạn hoàn toàn có quyền liên lạc với chủ nhà hoặc nói chuyện trực tiếp để phản ánh rõ ràng.

Besides pregnancy, I have something else to share. My TVB contract has expired. This hasn't been an easy decision to make but I would like to spend more time with family this year. Thank you TVB from the bottom of my heart for being so understanding and supportive of my decision. I still remember when I was only 19 years old competing in Miss Chinese International. I was super shy, naive, literally clueless, and extremely unconfident in myself. Thank you for being that safe haven, my school, allowing me to evolve, train and learn life skills. A place to figure out who I am, what my calling is, what my talents are, and be more outgoing and sociable. I am more confident now. More wise in making life decisions. I've learned to persevere, push myself to the limit and sometimes think outside the box. These experiences for the past 13 years have made me able to become more loving and caring for others. Thank you for making me Linda Chung.
Ms. Lok, thank you for always protecting me. You've always said I was too pure and innocent. You have done whatever it took to keep my image well. You have been like a mother's to me.

They said Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym. I 100% agree with that statement, but that doesn't mean that you should totally neglect your Abs muscles.
Imo, training Abs can improve your mind muscle connection. For fitness model it is very important to train Abs not because the more you train the better bigger they became, but to improve your muscular endurance of continuously contracting your Abs when on stage or during a photo-shooting session to show your all hard earned kitchen and training efforts!
I've seen many people with low body fat level but they still have trouble presenting their beautiful six packs abs, Abs indeed is there, but they can't contract their packs to make it look protrude, and they have problem flexing their Abs for long and later on it doesn't appear solid. The solution? Train your Abs!
Low body fat gives you Abs.
Low body fat + training gives you great Abs!
