Do bakery products and coffee make me fat.
Hell no! The reason we are fat is simply because we eat more than we need to.
Im not saying that we can eat buttery, cheesy sandwich everyday and be healthy, because we do need to consume the right balance of various food. Point is, no food should be viewed as the "bad guy"
Especially if you love them. Just eat in moderation :)

如何散發女神香?
香水廣告中的女主角走過時總會揚起一陣風,隨而傳來一陣女神香,不少女生也希望體香可為自己增加魅力及吸引力,尤其是在約會時,更有傳言說女性多吃菠蘿會令下體散發香氣。其實這並沒有確實的證明,但多吃酸味食物能維持下體的弱酸性環境,減少細菌滋生,以減低異味的產生。的確,我們進食的食物其實都在影響體味。進食肥甘濃厚辛辣油膩的食物,容易令身體產生濕熱症狀,多吃會令體味增濃。
在中醫角度來說,女性下體異味較重,也是因濕熱而起,由於濕向下流,特別容易影響生殖及排泄系統,除了體味較重,帶下較多帶黃,小便色黃,大便黏爛而味重,所以要令自己散發香氣,首先還是注意別讓身體積濕生熱。
吃這些會令你增體味:
-五辛香料:咖哩、麻辣食物、蒜、蔥、辣椒、芫茜
-溫燥食物:薑、羊肉、肉桂、韭菜、人參、紅棗
-煎炸油膩食物:薯片、炸雞、烤堅果
-積濕飲品:咖啡、奶茶、酒類
適量進食袪濕清熱食材除體味:
-清熱食材:綠豆、青瓜、西瓜、節瓜、苦瓜

How to smell like a goddess?

Many girls also hope that the pleasant fragrance can add charm and attraction to themselves, especially when dating. Some say ladies can eat more pineapples to make their lower bodies smell good. There is no evidence to support this claim, but eating sour food can indeed maintain the low pH environment of the lower body and reduce the growth of bacteria to improve the odor. Food we eat does affect body odor. Eating fatty, oily, spicy and greasy foods can easily cause symptoms of damp-heat. Eating too much will increase body odor.
From the perspective of Chinese medicine, women's heavy lower body odor is also caused by damp-heat. Dampness flows downward, it is particularly easy to affect the reproductive and excretory system. In addition to the heavy body odor, vaginal discharge tend to be more yellowish, the urine is yellow, and the stool is sticky and smelly. So to make yourself smell good, pay attention not to let the body retain dampness.
Ingredients to worsen body odor
- Five strong spicy spices: curry, spicy food, garlic, spring onions, chili, cilantro
- Warm natured food: ginger, lamb, cinnamon, chives, ginseng, Chinese red dates
- Fried and oily food: potato chips, fried chicken, roasted nuts
- Drinks that can retain dampness: coffee, milk tea, alcohol
Appropriately consume ingredients that can dispel dampness and clear heat to improve odor

TIPS:
1) For the first 2 weeks, the goal is to limit added sugar to no more than 25g or 6 teaspoons in a day. The next two weeks, completely eliminate ALL added sugars and only consume food with natural sugars, but still keeping it to a reasonable amount.
2) Start replacing refined sugar with healthier alternatives such as maple syrup, honey or stevia.
3) Start adding more fruits to satisfy your sugar cravings.
4) Try using less sugar or creamer into your coffee or tea.
5) Start swapping soda drinks for flavoured carbonated water that has no artificial sweeteners and slowly eliminating them all together. The goal is eventually to just drink water!
6) Learn to read and understand food labels because most of the foods, which you THINK are healthy may contain a lot of hidden sugars.
7) Your diet should consist mainly of whole foods and no processed foods at all. You’re basically eating a balanced diet rich in protein, vegetables and healthy fats.
8) The good news is that, your taste buds and palate CAN BE RETRAINED to adopt a less sugary lifestyle, and eventually you’ll not crave the same high-sugar foods as before.

今日のグルメリポート。
年末年始、ほとんどどこにも出かけず体がなまってません?
あたしはなまってました。
なので、三日にようやく重い腰をあげて外に出かけました。
すこしカロリーを消費せねばならん、という目的だったのにどういうこと?
あたしがこういうところで食事をするのって、あんまりないことですけどね。
フレンチっていうんですか?
今回は、たまたまそういう機会になりましたので。
だいたいあたしにフレンチって似合わないでしょ。
New Year, I do not go almost anywhere.
My body was so blunt.
So I finally went out on January 3.
I must consume the calories a little.
Despite I ate.
I almost do not eat French cuisine.
Because I do not really suit me.
Because it seldom suits me.
This is a rare opportunity.
I ate lunch set.
It is a main dish and a soup.
Fish dishes is Poiret of sea bream.
Meat dishes is grilled beef fillet.
I want to eat fish.
I did not know the meaning of 'Poiret' however.
So I chose the Meat dishes.
Is name detective?
We can eat bread as we likes.
Corn cream soup.
Rich flavor of corn.
It tastes good.
There is no appetizer in this set.
So, after the soup is the main dish immediately.
Meat, it is tender.
I can be cut with a knife lightly.
Of course, it is also soft in my mouth.
Sauce is somewhat light taste
It goes well with meat.
Taste of mushrooms, it was a good feeling.
After-dinner drink is coffee or tea or herbal tea.
Suites are also buffet style.
I ate a lot too.
