ผลการศึกษา การใช้ AZ + pfizer อันล่าสุดจาก เกาหลีใต้ พบว่าการฉีดสูตรผสมแบบนี้ (เป็นสูตรที่มีการทดลองมาจากทางฝั่งยุโรปและอเมริกาแล้ว) พบว่า ระดับภูมิต้านทาน สูงกว่าการฉีดแบบ AZ + AZ ประมาณหกเท่า สอดคล้องกับการวิจัยจากทางฝั่งอังกฤษอันล่าสุดนะเนี่ย

ก็ไม่เชื่อตัวเองเหมือนกันนะ ว่าจะทำได้ เพราะผมเริ่มสูบตอนอายุ14-15
ตอนที่ยังสูบบุหรี่อยู่ ก็เคยพยายามเลิกมันตั้งหลายครั้งหลายหน แต่อาจเป็นเพราะความไม่จริงจังมั้ง ก็เลยทำไม่ได้สักที
ต้นปีที่แล้ว ผมบอกตัวเองว่า ครั้งนี้ ต้องเอาจริง!
เพราะเริ่มรู้สึกเบื่อที่จะต้องแพ้ใจตัวเองอีกต่อไป เบื่อการไอ เบื่อการเหนื่อยง่าย เบื่อทุกอย่างที่เกี่ยวกับบุหรี่!
ผมเริ่มจากการให้คำสัญญากับตัวเอง กับคนที่รัก
และก็เริ่มทำมัน.....
โดยท้าทายพฤติกรรมของตัวเองที่จะทำให้อยากสูบ
เช่น หลังทานข้าว เวลาขับรถ เวลาคิดงานออก เวลาพักการแสดง เวลาเล่นคอนเสิร์ตเสร็จ และด่านที่โคตรรรยากที่สุดคือเวลาอยู่กับเพื่อน!!! เพราะเพื่อนผมมันสูบบุหรี่กันทุกคน!!!!!
.. ผมผ่านมันมาได้อย่างมีความสุขจากสายตาที่ภูมิใจของคนที่รักเรา และค้นพบว่า ช่วงเวลาที่มันยากที่สุดคือแค่สามวันแรกเท่านั้น หลังจากนั้น คือเรื่องใจล้วนๆครับ❤️
สิ่งสำคัญที่ทำให้การเลิกมันง่ายขึ้น คือกำลังใจจากตัวเอง จากครอบครัว และโดยเฉพาะจากคนรัก 😊
ผมคอยบอกตัวเองอยู่เสมอว่า ชีวิตนี้ มันงดงามแค่ไหน เมื่อได้จับมือคนที่เรารัก และชื่นชมความมหัศจรรย์ของโลกนี้ไปด้วยกัน...
และมันคงจะดีนะ ถ้าเราจะมีชีวิตอยู่กับเค้านานขึ้นอีกหน่อย..
ผมใช้ความรู้สึกอิ่มเอมนี้ในการต่อสู้กับมัน 😊
ตอนนี้ บุหรี่กับผม ไม่รู้จักกันอีกต่อไป และอย่าหวังว่าจะมาคืนดี!

I quit smoking for over a year!!! Quit by breaking the raw!!
Went by so fast
Compared to the long of time that is suffering..
I don't believe myself that I can do it because I started smoking when I was 14-15
When I was still smoking, I tried to quit it many times, but maybe because of unserious, so I couldn't do it.
In the beginning of last year, I told myself this time I must be serious!
Because I'm getting tired of losing to myself anymore. Bored of coughing, getting tired easily. Bored of everything about cigarettes!
I started by giving myself a promise to someone who loves.
And start doing it.....
By challenging your own behavior to make you want to smoke
Such as after eating, driving time, time to figure out work, time, show, concert time done, and the hardest stage is time with friends!!! Because all my friends smoke!!!!!
.. I passed it happily from the proud eyes of those who love us and discovered that the hardest moment is only the first three days. After that, it's all about my heart. ❤️
The important thing that makes quitting easier is the encouragement from yourself from family and especially from lovers. 😊
I keep telling myself how beautiful this life is to hold our loved ones and appreciate the magic of this world together...
And it would be nice to live with him a little longer..
I use this complacent to fight it 😊
Now cigarettes and I don't know each other anymore and don't expect a good night!

National Day celebrations have started! 🇸🇬
Joined President Halimah Yacob and PMO staff at the Istana National Day Observance Ceremony. Teo Chee Hean, Tharman Shanmugaratnam, and many of our staff from the PMO agencies joined in virtually. It was a small, quiet affair compared to previous years, and this year we sang Majulah Singapura and recited our Pledge in our hearts, but not aloud, because of COVID-19, which only made it a more heartfelt and poignant ceremony.
As we enjoy the long weekend and festivities with family and friends, let us also think about all those doing their best to keep Singapore going during these difficult times. – LHL

Nasi goreng, literally meaning "fried rice" in Indonesian and Malay, is considered Indonesia’s national dish. It can refer simply to fried pre-cooked rice, a meal including stir fried rice in small amount of cooking oil or margarine, typically spiced with kecap manis (sweet soy sauce), shallot, garlic, ground shrimp paste, tamarind and chilli and accompanied by other ingredients, particularly egg, chicken and prawns. In 2011 an online poll by 35,000 people held by CNN International chose Indonesian nasi goreng as the number two of their 'World’s 50 Most Delicious Foods' list after rendang.

[WHY ASIANS ARE 'CUTER' (SCIENTIFIC BREAKDOWN)]
So, here’s a statement: ‘Asians are cuter’.
If you were offended by that, this video is probably not what you think. Everyone has their own opinions of what constitutes as attractive.
But I’m not necessarily talking about ‘attractiveness’ here; I’m talking about ‘cuteness’. Cuteness is a term describing a type of attractiveness commonly associated with youth and appearance. It’s also a scientific concept. So when I say ‘Asians are cuter’, well, they arguably are; and that’s including males, not just females.
Now, compared to adults, common features for infants across all ethnic groups include larger heads, flatter faces, reduction of the brow ridge, hairlessness, thinner bones, reduced muscle mass, smaller physical size, shorter arms, shorter legs, just to name a few - and of course this is largely why people find babies cute. If they didn’t have these features and proportions, they’d more so resemble miniature adults and that’s kind of creepy.
