【暗黑財技】有線邱達昌邊搞新聞自由邊賣英國樓

有線主席邱達昌今日有線大規模裁員調職100人，至今亦未能解釋為何選擇性裁走全組「新聞刺針」。同時作為遠東發展的主席，其實過往都很識透過推動大換血來賺錢的暗黑財技。

早前邱達昌亦已直認國安法可以造就旗下英國樓盤的商機，邊撐國安法邊賣英國樓，公開揚言「如果英國嚟嗰300萬個BNO，你就賣到手軟！」。到底邱達昌手上有幾多英國樓盤，令香港打壓越勁，佢就越多商機？

我們大舉翻查各中港地產資本自2019年起在全英國落成及預計落成的住宅單位，發現有成合共超過至少56,600個，當中21,300個單位都是屬於遠東（約38％），包括New Cross Central同Aspen at Consort Place等6個項目。其中Northern Gateway更加係同Manchester City Council傾好咗，未來15至20年可以喺嗰155公頃慢慢唧牙膏合作發展起樓。

另一位有線股東李思廉嘅富力地產都有3,900個單位，包括One Nine Elms及Vauxhall Sqaure等4個投資項目，係一眾中資地產商如萬科、碧桂園等喺英國起嘅單位當中最多，佔一半多。

有線股東相關公司2019年後在英國落成及預計落成的住宅項目表列如下：

遠東發展同富力地產喺英國夾埋涉及25,200個單位，加起來是個上千億發展大計。其實唔少單位兩三年前已經計劃就緒，2020年開始逐漸落成，啱啱食正國安法及近年各種打壓造成嘅移民潮。一邊為移民潮煽風點火，到今日不惜再搞有線新聞破壞香港新聞自由，原來都可以轉個頭幫英國樓盤「賣到手軟」，人血饅頭真係有多種食法！
