My new album will be released on June 24th.

🔵 Details:
The 4th album 「anima」 will be released a year and a half after the release of the previous album 「私的旅行」[Private Trip]!! Digital subscription pre-release is set on Wednesday, June 24, 2020. Later in July 29th the limited/regular edition will be released on CD.

🦋 New artist photos have also been released!

This is the first original album in about a year and a half, and it is a joint production between DAOKO herself and Akito Katayose (GREAT3) who was the sound producer of the first major album 「DAOKO」.

The wide diversity of music is woven by track makers and musicians who DAOKO respects and loves, with songs she composed by herself. In all of the 12 tracks of this album of wide musicality range, you can feel the arrival of a new phase even though she is returning to her roots of fusing with an intermediary rap style.

The first limited edition of this album contains the live footage of DAOKO's Tokyo – Nagoya - Osaka 「2 0 2 0 Otogi no Mitoshi Tour」 held at the Ebisu Liquid Room in February this year. It's a must-buy for fans.

Also along with the announcement of the album is the release of DAOKO's new artist photo which was exhibited at Ebisu KATA in 2019 jointly with Baba Shinkai who photographed it.

🦋 New EP released

DAOKO released the first EP『the light of other days』from her independent label “Tefutefu” on Wednesday, June 30th (Japan). The EP includes three tracks with DJ16⽉, who has been collaborating with Daoko for many years on songs such as "BOY" and "Midsummer Cider," and the songs are designed to gently touch the hearts of modern people who are suffering from the anxiety and frustration that is accumulating due to the Corona disaster.

A music video for the lead song has been released 『fighting pose』
The music video was self-produced by Daoko herself, with storyboarding, planning, and costumes devised by her, and features Yumeno, a painter and close friend of Daoko's who modeled for the jacket.

DAOKO veröffentlichte am Mittwoch, den 30. Juni (Japan) die erste EP『the light of other days』 von ihrem Independent-Label „Tefutefu“. Die EP enthält drei Tracks mit DJ16⽉, der seit vielen Jahren mit Daoko an Songs wie „BOY“ und „Midsummer Cider“ zusammenarbeitet, und die Songs sollen die Herzen moderner Menschen, die unter Angstzuständen leiden, sanft berühren und Frustration, die sich durch die Corona-Katastrophe anhäuft.

Ingredients:

for the red pickled ginger :
200g young ginger
2 tsp salt
200ml red plum vinegar

for the mayonnaise :
50ml soy milk
100ml avocado oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt

for the batter :
100g whole pastry flour
20g rice flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3g dried shiitake
2g kombu
300ml water

50g king trumpet mushroom
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp soy sauce

30g green onion

worcester sauce
sea lettuce

Instructions:

1. thinly slice young ginger, sprinkle salt and massage well. Put a weight and leave for an hour.
2. squeeze the ginger and soak in red plum vinegar.
3. put all the ingredients for mayonnaise into a blender cup and blend until it thickens.
4. combine all the ingredients for batter and whisk well.
5. fry king trumpet mushroom and season with soy sauce.
6. preheat takoyaki pan to 200C/390F, put oil in the pan and pour the batter.
7. put king trumpet mushroom, red pickled ginger and green onion over the batter.
8. make the batter into a shape of ball.
9. top with worcester sauce, mayonnaise and sea lettuce.
10. Enjoy!

新生姜　200g
塩　小さじ２
赤梅酢　200ml

＊マヨネーズ＊
豆乳　50ml
アボカドオイル　100ml
リンゴ酢　大さじ1
マスタード　小さじ1
メープルシロップ　小さじ1
塩　小さじ1/2

＊たこ焼き生地＊
全粒薄力粉　100g
米粉　20g
ベーキングパウダー　小さじ1/2
乾燥椎茸　3g
昆布　2g
水　300ml

エリンギ　50g
油　大さじ1
醤油　小さじ2

ネギ　30g

ウスターソース
あおさのり

「作り方」

１、新生姜を薄切りにして塩でもみ、重石を乗せて１時間ほど置きます。
２、新生姜を絞り、赤梅酢に漬けておきます。
３、マヨネーズの材料を全てブレンダーで混ぜ、マヨネーズを作ります。
４、エリンギを炒め、醤油で味付けしておきます。
５、たこ焼き生地の材料を全て混ぜ合わせておきます。
６、たこ焼きプレートをよく熱しておき、油をひいて生地を流し込みます。
７、エリンギ、ネギ、紅生姜を加えます。
８、たこ焼きの形に整えます。
９、ウスターソース、マヨネーズ、あおさのりをかけます。
１０、エンジョーイ！

Ingredients:

For the crust:
170g pastry flour
50g maple syrup
50g oil

For the filling:
200g soy milk
40g maple syrup
20g tapioca starch
1/2 tsp agar powder
zest of a lemon
juice of a lemon
1/2 tsp turmeric

For the meringue:
100g chickpea juice(from 200g chickpea & 300g water)
70g cane sugar
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions:

1. soak chickpea overnight. boil with pressure cooker for 5 minutes.
2. mix pastry flour, maple syrup and oil and bake it for 20 minutes at 350F / 180C.
3. put all the ingredients of lemon custard and bring to a boil or until it thickens.
4. whip chickpea juice, vinegar and vanilla extract until it forms stiff peaks. add sugar in batches.
5. put together everything.

「作り方」

１、ひよこ豆を一晩浸水し、圧力鍋で５分ほど圧をかけます。
２、クラスト生地の材料を全て混ぜ合わせ型に敷き詰め、１８０℃で２０分ほど焼きます。
３、フィリングの材料を全て混ぜ、とろみがつくまで弱火にかけます。
４、ひよこ豆の煮汁、酢、バニラエクソトラクトを混ぜ、ハンドミキサーでツノが立つまで混ぜる。きび砂糖を数回に分けて加える。
５、クラスト生地にフィリングを入れ、メレンゲを絞る。
