カフェにでてきそうな、明太クリームオムライスを作ってみませんか？
具材も一緒に炊飯するバターライスはとっても簡単。
ふわとろ卵と、明太クリームソースを絡めて召し上がれ！
材料（2皿分）
＜バターライス＞
・米 2合
★ベーコン（ハーフ） 4枚
★たまねぎ（みじん） 1/4個
★コンソメキューブ 1個
★にんにく 2片
・バター 10g
＜オムレツ＞
・卵 2個×2
・牛乳 大1×2
＜明太クリーム＞
・小麦粉 大さじ2
・バター 大さじ1
・明太子 2腹
・牛乳 200ml
・こんぶ茶 少々
・塩 少々
＜トッピング＞
・明太子 1/4個
・刻みのり お好みで
材料
1. 米を研ぎ、2合分の水をいれ、★を載せて普通に炊く
2. 明太ソースをつくる。鍋にバターをとかし、火を弱め、小麦粉を入れて混ぜる。少しずつ牛乳を加え、とろみをつけたら明太子を入れて最後に昆布茶で味を整える。
3. ご飯がたけたらバターをいれて混ぜてお皿に盛る
4. フライパンに泳ぐくらいのサラダ油をひき、牛乳と卵を混ぜたものを流し入れ、ゴムベラで混ぜながら火を入れたら、3のご飯の上にのせる
※しっかりと火が通っていることを確認し、できあがったらすぐにお召し上がりください

A little while ago we used Kracie's Oekaki Panda Yaki "learning cakes" to make things like thes Pokemon (https://youtu.be/X03rf2U8D2E) and Assassination Classroom (https://youtu.be/yzDW79DAC7I) pancakes. This time we took it a step further and made a hamburger from pancakes! Now that's what we call Moso-Style!
*Recipe*
1. Make some store bought hot cake mix according to the instructions.
2. Use food coloring to add some color.
3. Put the colored dough for painting the small sections into a pastry bag.
4. Coat a non stick (Teflon coated etc) frying pan with a thin layer of cooking oil.
5. Paint. Cook. Take care with the painting order, as you will need to flip it over to finish. We reversed them to get the feel of sliced cheese and the burger patty.
6. Pile up in your preferred order, and add maple syrup.

今回も同じ手法でパンケーキでハンバーガーを作ってみました。
これも妄想グルメです。楽しかった〜。
*レシピ*
１．市販のホットケーキミックスを表示通りに作る。
２．食用色素で着色する。
３．細かい部分を描く色生地は絞り袋に入れる。
４．テフロン加工などのこびりつかないフライパンに薄く食用油を塗る。
５．描く。焼く。ひっくり返しにして仕上げるので、描く順番に気をつける。スライスチーズとパテは質感を出すために逆にしました。
６．好みの順番に重ね、メイプルシロップをかけていただく。
