ตอนนี้มีผู้ป่วยใหม่ปีละประมาณหมื่น
และตายปีละ 5,200 คน

ตัววัคซีนเองถือว่าปลอดภัยมาก ผลข้างเคียงหลังฉีดที่เจอบ่อยคือ เจ็บแขน ไข้ต่ำๆ ปวดหัว คลื่นไส้ เวียนหัว
ที่แพ้มาก แบบ anaphylaxis อันตรายถึงชีวิตมีโอกาสเกิด 3 ใน 1,000,000 (ref CDC)
อัตราการเกิดผลข้างเคียงรุนแรงอื่น หรือเสียชีวิตจากยาจริงๆก็ต่ำมากๆ
ถ้าหลังฉีดมาอาการเวียนหัว หน้ามืด ใจเต้นแรง สับสนกระวนกระวาย หมดสติ หรือหายใจไม่ออก แน่นหน้าอก ต้องได้รับการประเมิน และให้การรักษาโดยแพทย์ทันที
ส่วนตัวใช้ยานี้ไม่เยอะมาก...และไม่พบปัญหา
ใครเคยใช้กับคนไข้ หรือถูกฉีด หรือคนใกล้ตัวฉีด
แล้วเกิดปัญหา รบกวนแชร์ประสบการณ์ครับ

1.น้องเคยฉีดยาเข็มแรกมาแล้วปกติดี นี่คือเข็มสอง
2.น้องมีไข้ก่อนฉีด หลังฉีดกลับไปก็มีไข้
3.อาการแน่น และอื่นๆ ไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นทันทีทันใดหลังฉีด วันต่อมาน้องยังได้ไปตรวจที่รพ.และหมอให้กลับบ้านก่อนเสียชีวิต 2 วันหลังฉีดยา
ดูๆแล้ว เรื่องแพ้ยาแบบรุนแรงน่าจะคิดถึงลดลงหน่อย แต่ตอบไม่ได้ว่าเกี่ยวกับการเสียชีวิตหรือไม่ คงต้องรอผลตรวจชันสูตรต่อ...
สำหรับใครที่มีลูกหลาน ผมคิดว่าฉีดแล้วประโยชน์คุ้มเสี่ยงครับ
