■ Recipe
1. Make the plain batter: mix 200g hotcake mix, 1 egg, 150cc milk
2. Make the color batter: color the batter from #1 with food coloring
3.Make the black batter: mix 4g ( slightly less than 2 tsp) black cocoa powder with 100g hotcake mix. You can also make brown batter with regular cocoa powder.
4. Place parchment paper (baking paper) over the picture you want to make and color in with the batter. If you're using lots of colors, color in a little bit, cook at low heat for 4 minutes, color in the next part, and repeat.
5. Cover in regular batter at the end and cook at low heat for 4 minutes. Flip over and cook for an additional 2 minutes on low heat.
6. Carefully remove the parchment paper and enjoy!
*レシピ*
１．プレーン色生地を作ります。
ホットケーキミックス200g、卵1個、牛乳150ccを入れ、混ぜる。
２．色つき生地を作ります。
１で作った生地に食用色素を混ぜ、好みの色を作る。
３．黒生地をつくります。
ホットケーキミックス100gに対して4g（小さじ2弱）の
ブラックココアパウダーを混ぜて作ります。
この方法で、普通のココアパウダーを使って、
茶色の生地が作れます。
４．オーブンシートを反転させた絵の上に置き
好みの色で絵をなぞります。
色をたくさん使って描く場合は、何回かに分けて描き
その都度、焼き色が付かないように弱火で4分焼く。
５．最後に上からプレーン生地を流し入れ、
弱火で4分焼く。
裏返して弱火で2分焼く。
６．オーブンペーパーを静かに剥がして、できあがりです。
