生命，真的很脆弱。
不管有沒有固定的運動習慣、健康的飲食、吃了多少維生素和補品、是否定期做健康檢查等等，我們人仍然是非常「脆弱」的。
誰也不知道明天會發生什麼事或不會再見到誰，「一個瞬間」就足以改變我們過去所視為理所當然的一切。
有時候早上醒來會突然感到一陣迷惘、困惑、無助，不確定接下來要怎麼走，也不知道什麼驅使我前進、給我動力和希望。(and that’s ok!)
很多人常說要「活在當下活在當下」，聽久了其實真的會麻木，但最近不斷告訴自己要自覺、真正的開始活在每個當下，而不是一直被自己的恐懼和憂慮束縛著。（這樣真的會活得很累很無趣）
我想說的是，我們現在擁有的夠好了，我們也夠好了😊 一起嘗試在所有事物中找到那份單純的快樂和感動吧！
願我們都能清楚知道什麼對自己是「重要」的，而不是盲目的讓這個世界告訴我們什麼才重要。

Life is so fragile.
No matter how much we go to the gym, how healthy we eat, how much vitamins & supplements we take or how regularly we check in with the doctor, etc.. WE are still fragile.
All it takes is a single moment to change everything we used to take for granted. You never know what’s going to happen next, or who you’ll never see again.
Some days I wake up, I feel lost, confused, helpless not knowing where I’m headed to and what drives me or gives me hope. (and that’s ok!) I have to constantly remind myself to just really be in the moment and live every moment, instead of letting my fears and worries hold me captive.
I guess I just wanna say that what we have now IS good enough, YOU are good enough, try to find joy and excitement in everything. Know what’s important to you, don’t let the world’s perspective tell you otherwise.
We are all so blessed!☺️

God so wants you to live a life of freedom and victory that it moved Him to send His beloved Son, Jesus, to die on the cross for you so that you may live an abundant life. Today, if you are not experiencing this abundant life because you are in bondage to something, I want you to know that Jesus is your answer. His gifts of abundant grace and righteousness are what you need to empower you to break free from whatever is holding you captive!
