1.ธูปเทียนมัดรวมกัน (ถ้าไม่ใช้ธูปเทียน
ลอยน้ำแข็งและดอกไม้ เพียงแค่คิดดี อธิษฐานจิตก็คูลมากแล้ว)
2.ดอกไม้ตกแต่ง
3.ถ้วยชามหรือขัน
4.น้ำสะอาด

🌼วิธีทำ🌼
1.น้ำไฟล้นก้นเทียน ปักลงตรงกลางถ้วยชาม
(ถ้าไม่ใช้ธูปเทียน ข้ามขั้นตอนนี้ไปได้เลยครับ)
2.ใส่ดอกไม้ลงในถ้วยชาม ตกแต่งตามต้องการ
3.เติมน้ำลงไปตามความสูงของกระทงที่ต้องการ
4.โปรยดอกไม้ตกแต่งด้านบนอีกครั้ง
5.นำไปแช่ฟรีซ จนแข็งเข้าที่
6.เคาะกระทงออกจากถ้วยชาม

どうも、おもしろ雑貨コレクターの伊勢海老太郎です。今回紹介するのは業務用シリーズでたい焼き器の紹介です。天然のたい焼きが焼ける一丁焼きです。天然って何？どうゆうこと？と思われた方もいらっしゃるかもしれません。1匹ずつ焼くのが天然で、大きな鉄板の型で一度に大量に焼くのが養殖と言われています。養殖はお祭りやスーパーのフードコートでよく目にします。ちなみに、東京のたい焼き御三家と言われる名店は、天然のたい焼きです。天然は薄皮であんこぎっしり、養殖は皮が厚めでふわふわしていて、カスタードクリーム、チョコレートクリーム、お好み焼き、ハムチーズなどアレンジがしやすいイメージです。どちらが美味しいかは好みです。私は天然のたい焼きの方が好きですが、厚皮の生地に大量のカスタードクリームが入っている養殖のたい焼きがたまに無性に食べたくなります。あっ！天然も養殖もどちらも大好きですね（笑）。今回の動画では天然のたい焼き作りに挑戦しました。基本のあんこ、そして一丁焼きでは珍しいカスタードクリーム、さらにピザたい焼きまで作ってみました。粉、あんこ、カスタードクリームは自家製ではなくネット通販で購入しました。あんこは、テレビでも紹介されている人気の「望月製餡所の小倉あん」を使いました。このあんこがとても美味しいのです。気になる方は下記関連リンクをご覧ください。あんこが美味しければ、私のような素人でもそれなりに美味しいたい焼きになります（笑）。カスタードクリームとピザたい焼きも美味しかったのですが、焼くのが難しく……やはりアレンジたい焼きは養殖のたい焼き機の方が向いていると思いました。早送りでごまかしていますが、ピザたい焼きは焼いている時にチーズがほとんど外に飛び出しています……（笑）。たい焼き器と一緒にコレクションの鯛グッズもたくさん紹介できて良かったです。今回紹介した一丁焼きはプロ用のたい焼き器なのでお値段もします。鉄製で約2.2kgの重量、何万匹と焼けそうな耐久力、職人が魂を込めて作ったこれぞプロという納得のたい焼き器でした。素人が自宅で焼くことは想定していないので、使い方の説明書などはもちろんありません。なのでネットで調べ、我流で焼いています。最初は鉄のフライパンのように油ならしをしました。生地がくっつかなくなるまでたい焼き器を育てるのが大変でした。ホームパーティーやキャンプやBBQに持って行っても活躍しそうです。たい焼きリュックを背負ってかけつけるので、誰か呼んでください（笑）。「本職用 元祖たい焼き 一丁焼き」という商品です。価格は74,290円です。詳細は下記関連リンクをご確認ください。

2月後半は部屋でたい焼きをずっと焼いていました（笑）。まだ満足はしていませんが、やっと動画を出せるレベルになったと思うので公開します。生地もあんこも自家製で！と最初は意気込んでいたのですが、特にあんこは調べれば調べるほど奥が深くてギブアップしました。「望月製餡所の小倉あん」に出会えたので、結果的にはギブアップして良かったかもしれません。たい焼き器は鉄鋳物製で約2.2キロあり、ただでさえ素人の私には扱いが難しいのに、ビデオカメラの操作をしながらとなると……もちろんたくさん失敗しますよね（笑）。動画に登場していないたい焼きもたくさん食べました。今は順調にたい焼き太りをしています。たい焼きを焼いていると、たい焼き器がたくさんあれば効率が良いのに……と考えはじめ、業務用の焼き台まで欲しくなり、さらに大型の養殖たい焼き機械も欲しくなります。たい焼きですごい散財をしてしまいそうで怖いです（笑）。また別の機会（機械）があれば、たい焼き動画を作ります。ご期待ください。3月も部屋に籠もってたい焼きをひたすら焼いているのが安全かもしれないですね。皆様も身体にお気をつけてくださいませ。
