mixiの昔書いた日記を見ていたら、参考になりそうな日記がいくつかあったのでシェアしますね。もったいないので再利用！（笑）リサイクル日記です。
まずは１２／１９／０６の日記から転載です。

＜＞＜＞＜＞＜＞＜＞＜＞＜＞

4 note voicing idea #1 Rt 3 5 7 on top

僕のHPのBBSにも書きましたが，基本ヴォイシングに
ついてです。Voice leading(４音とかのハーモニーで内部の音を
ミニマムに動かしてきれいな流れ作るヴォイシングのことです。）
英語のほうが楽なんで、こうなりましたが、参考にしてください。

Voicing idea #1:
a) use Rt 3 5 7
b) play over 1234 strings
c) can be played as 7th chord, min7 and Maj7 chord (now, more later)

1) Play F7(4 positions)

a) Root on top(1st string)
1 finger on 1st fret/1234 strings, 2nd finger on 2nd fret/3rd string.
From bottom to top.(4th string to 1st string)
Check degrees. b7 M3 5 Rt. (based around "E" form)

b) M3 on top
1 finger on 3rd fret/4th string, 3rd finger on 5th fret/3rd string
2nd finger 4th fret/2nd string, 4th finger 5th fret/1st string
Check degrees. Rt 5 b7 M3 (based around "D" form)

c) 5th on top
2nd finger on 7th fret/4th string, 3rd finger on 8th fret/3rd string,
1st finger on 6th fret/2nd string, 4th finger on 8th fret/1st string.
Check degrees. M3 b7 Rt 5th. (based around "C" form)

d) b7 on top
1st finger on 10th fret/4321 strings, 2nd finger on 11th fret/1st string.
Check degrees. 5th Rt M3 b7. (based around between "A" and "G" form)

Now memorize these positions, but watch out or think about these.
a) Degrees/colors. (feel these color and sing them)
b) Think related triads around these voicings.(relationship)
c) Transpose to another chord. For instance, Bb7. Can you do it?
(application over song.. don't end as "exercise)

Work from lowest position to highest.
So b7, Rt, M3 5th..... Then go back and forth between
F7 and Bb7.... more to come...

Continuing with Theme B, we still have a mixture of tonalities. For the F#m we can stick with A major (A B C# D E F# G#), once again returning to F Lydian for the Fmaj7. Jack sticks to this scale for the G chord, and then plays a bluesy A minor pentatonic (A C D E G) lick over the D.
