It's a wrap!
What a great event and good accommodation! I ate Curry Laksa, Abalone Wan Tan Noodles with many fried Wantan and fried Sotong, Chocolate ABC, Steaks, and supposed to try Kota Tinggi's famous BKT but don't have time for that... Maybe next time.
When I eat out, people always asked "OMG Jordan, you are not supposed to eat this right? You are a fitness enthusiast!". My answer to them was always "LoL, because I am a fitness enthusiast, that's why I have the privilege to enjoy more foods!"
You see, people always thought physique enthusiast only eat something like Chicken Breast & Broccoli all year round... No way! Just like everyone we enjoy all kinds of foods too. Just that when it's time to work, we put 100% focus watching our food intake from Monday-Fri/Sat and train like a beast, but when we're off on weekend or any other special event/occasion, we reward ourself some good foods! In fact, because we control our food intake most of the time, our taste buds actually became more sensitive. Imo, this is why physique enthusiast get the privilege to enjoy the taste of foods more than other people, and the best part? We have higher metabolism rate, the leaner you are the more calories your body can tolerate, plus we workout hard and diet back down during the weekdays. That' how we maintain/build our physique and that's our "Balance" of life.
I'm missing the gym so much! Let's get back on track!

Hello subbies :)
So as some of your may have noticed through my Insta posts, my meal preps have recently changed and as promised, here is the recipe for it!
This recipe is made for people who are lazy (me), want to stay fit (me) whilst being able to enjoy food AND actually feeling FULL after a meal. Definitely not about that 'starve yourself' kinda of lifestyle!
This meal combines together different flavours all in one box to help curb your cravings and leave you feeling satisfied :).. at least thats how I feel after it.
I haven't given out exact amounts in terms of grams per meal prep box because that is accustomed to my body type (e.g. calories to maintain etc), workout lifestyle and goals. Hence, it is so so so important that you find what's the right amount for you :)
Hope it was helpful!

Christmas Broccoli Tree
Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 5min
Number of servings: 1 Christmas tree
Ingredients:
1 large broccoli crown
salt
Kewpie Mayonnaise
dressing of your choice
star-shaped processed cheese
Directions:
1. Lightly wash the broccoli crown and cut into bite-sized florets. Boil water in a large pot. Add a pinch of salt in the boiling water (salt removes oxalic acid - bitter taste, and makes the broccoli nice and green). Boil broccoli for about 3 minute. Drain and cool down until you can touch.
2. Pile up the broccoli florets on a plate and mold them with your hands to shape like a tree.
3. Decorate the tree with mayonnaise (like a garland) and place the star-shaped cheese (attach it with a toothpick) on top of the tree. Pour some dressing of your choice over the tree and eat ;D

Product I used:
キューピー ハーフ (Kewpie Mayonnaise Calorie Half)
There are 100 calories in 1 serving (1 tbsp.) of regular Kewpie Mayonnaise. Calorie Half contains only 50 calories in 1 serving (1 tbsp.).
http://www.qphalf.com/pc/index.html?link=kphp#/about/about
Kewpie Mayonnaise, or Japanese Mayonnaise, is the undisputed king of mayonnaise. First made in Japan in 1925 and sold in glass jars this mayo is yellower, richer and more creamy than the standard American or European mayonnaise. Made with rice vinegar, instead of distilled vinegar makes it especially complimentary to Japanese cuisine.
The Kewpie bottle has a star-shaped opening at the top. If you lift up the red (or white) plastic cap, there is a small hole that could make you draw some designs on your food.
Today is my BD but I spent a day editing this video because we are celebrating it tomorrow ;D hehe
