Leo is super sweet! Last night we told him we felt a bit upset leaving Vietnam without trying "Balut", which is a developing bird embryo (usually a duck or chicken) that is boiled and eaten from the shell😜 The next morning he bought it for us for breakfast! Even though it sounds scary but it is very nutritious and South East Asians loves them! It was a bit thrilling seeing the tiny feathers but our duck wasn't too well developed so didn't taste or look too weird😂

20191026 星期六 今天參加中華談判管理學會在台大管理學院的教室舉行的談判管理與政經藝文講堂，是一整天的活動。 這是工管系大老江炯聰老師所組織的學會對社會的重大貢獻，因為幾乎每個禮拜都有學術活動。我是下午場的主持人擔任開場說明及點評，希望起到畫龍點睛的作用。
今天的議程是由台大經濟博士班畢業生顏承暉所設計。他現在任職元大金控。他的想法其實是順著全球的「斷層線（faultlines）」去組織這場研討會。因為當前全球看起來有許多衝突與演化，其實不是很表面的經濟問題或者貧富差距的失衡，而是文化、歷史、制度上演變的結果。
今天的議程分成上、下午場。上午場是由江炯聰老師所主持，主要談的是「歷史、環境視角下的全球斷層線」。第一位講者是世界級的東亞史權威孫隆基老師（https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/孫隆基）。孫老師來從歷史的角度談一帶一路以及相關的斷層線。
第二位講者請到的是中研院近代史研究所汪正晟老師從鳥勘式(bird view)談全球化、科學、政治與歷史演進的斷層線。
第三位講者是清大經濟系楊睿中來談經濟與環境間拉扯的斷層線，他最近有一篇NBER的期刊被廣泛引用（https://www.nber.org/papers/w26167），主要是談氣候變遷下的經濟成本。
下午談「媒體與金融市場的視角下的全球斷層線」。
下午第一場演講是工商時報編輯部副主任陳碧芬來談「新媒體下的斷鍊、碎鍊與新接點」。
第二場專題演講我請的是台灣銀行楊天立「從歷史與貨幣的視角談斷層線下黃金的定位」
第三場專題演講就由顏承暉來講，談的是「斷層線下經濟與金融市場新風貌」。
整天的活動都有廣泛的討論，是值得參加的學術饗宴。

直到牠們決定去問鱷魚，在問鱷魚之前，食虱鳥提醒犀牛→鱷魚是很危險的動物，一定要小心。

鱷魚回答犀牛：我會流淚是因為天氣實在太熱了，淚水可以讓我的眼睛濕潤及保健，而且，多數的鱷魚都這麼做。再者，我想，我會開始想念你了。

Hansel and Gretel
Hansel and Gretel are children whose father is a woodcutter. When a great famine settles over the land, the woodcutter's abusive second wife decides to take the children into the woods. Her plan was to abandon the kids in the woods so that she and her husband will not starve to death. According to her it is mainly because the children eat too much. The woodcutter opposes the plan but finally and reluctantly submits to his wife's scheme.

After days of wandering, they follow a beautiful white bird to a clearing in the woods, where they discover a large cottage built of gingerbread and cakes with window panes of clear sugar and a candy-cane door handle. Hungry and tired, the children begin to eat the rooftop of the candy house when the door opens. A hideous old hag emerges and lures them inside with the promise of soft beds and delicious food. Unaware that their hostess is a bloodthirsty witch who built the gingerbread house to lure children to her to cook and eat them, the children enter the house.

ปีเตอร์ แพน ( อังกฤษ : Peter Pan ) เป็นตัวละครตัวหนึ่งที่สร้างขึ้นโดยนักประพันธ์ชาว สก๊อต ชื่อ เจ. เอ็ม. แบร์รี่ เป็นเด็กชายผู้หนึ่งที่สามารถบินได้ และมีมนต์พิเศษในการปฏิเสธการเติบโตเป็นผู้ใหญ่ แต่กลับเป็นเด็กตลอดกาล เขาใช้ชีวิตวัยเด็กตลอดกาลของเขาท่องเที่ยวผจญภัยอยู่ในเกาะเล็กๆ แห่งหนึ่งในดินแดน เนเวอร์แลนด์ เป็นหัวหน้าของ แก๊งเด็กหลง อยู่กับหมู่นางฟ้า และต่อสู้กับ โจรสลัด ปีเตอร์ แพนจะมาพบปะกับเด็กธรรมดาๆ ในโลกภายนอกบ้างเป็นครั้งคราว

ตัวละคร ปีเตอร์ แพน ปรากฏตัวครั้งแรกในตอนหนึ่งของ " The Little White Bird" ซึ่งเป็นนวนิยายสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ ตีพิมพ์ในปี ค.ศ. 1902 หลังจากนั้นจึงได้พิมพ์แยกเป็นเรื่องของตนเองในปี ค.ศ. 1906 ในฐานะหนังสือเด็ก ใช้ชื่อเรื่องว่า Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens ปีเตอร์ แพนมีชื่อเสียงโด่งดังขึ้นมาจากการแสดง ละครเวที เมื่อวันที่ 27 ธันวาคม 1904 เรื่อง Peter Pan หรือ The Boy Who Wouldn't Grow Up ต่อมามีการดัดแปลงละครเวทีเรื่องนี้ไปเป็น นวนิยาย ตีพิมพ์ในปี ค.ศ. 1911 ใช้ชื่อเรื่องว่า ปีเตอร์กับเวนดี้ ภายหลังเปลี่ยนชื่อเรื่องเป็น ปีเตอร์ แพน กับเวนดี้ ชื่อสกุลของ "แพน" มาจากชื่อของ เทพกรีก องค์หนึ่งผู้เป็นเทพแห่ง ดนตรี ซึ่งปีเตอร์มักเป่าขลุ่ยชนิดหนึ่งที่เรียกว่า "ขลุ่ยแพน"
