ผมเลิกสูบบุหรี่มาสองปีกว่าแล้วครับ!!
ช่วงปีที่ผ่านมา ผมอยากมีลูกมากๆ เลยพยายามจะเตรียมความพร้อมให้ได้ทุกอย่าง
การเลิกบุหรี่ก็อยู่ในลิสต์ด้วย......
เคยได้อ่านเจอว่าหลังจากเลิกสูบบุหรี่หนึ่งปีขึ้นไป ความเสี่ยงต่อโรคต่างๆ จะลดลงเรื่อยๆ ตามระยะเวลา ร่างกายและจิตใจ ก็จะดีขึ้นด้วยครับ 😊
ผมเชื่อว่าถ้าเรามีเป้าหมายเพื่อบางสิ่งบางอย่าง ที่หน้าตาเหมือนคนที่เรารัก...
อะไรที่มันว่ายาก มันก็จะง่ายขึ้นมาทันที!!!
...ส่วนใครที่กำลังพยายามเลิกบุหรี่อยู่ ผมขอเป็นกำลังใจให้นะครับ รู้ว่ามันยากมาก...แต่ทำได้ครับ ผมขอยืนยัน!!!!! .
นอกจากข้อดีเรื่องร่างกายและจิตใจแล้ว การมีแก้มที่ปราศจากกลิ่นบุหรี่ ก็ทำให้แฟนชอบมาหอมบ่อยขึ้นด้วยนะ!
ถือเป็นรางวัลที่คุ้มค่าในการเลิกบุหรี่จริงๆ ^^

In the past year, I've wanted to have kids so bad. Trying to prepare everything.
Quitting smoking is also on the list......
I have read that after quitting smoking for a year or more, the risk of diseases will continue to decrease. The body and mind will be better. 😊
I believe if we have a goal for something that looks like someone we love...
What is difficult, it will be easier immediately!!!
... for those who are trying to quit smoking, I would like to cheer you up. I know that it's very difficult... but I can do it. I assure you!!!!!
Apart from the advantages of body and mind, having cheek without cigarettes makes your girlfriend like to smell more often!
It's a worthy reward to quit smoking ^^
