Filem ini memaparkan makna Aidilfitri dalam penceritaan yang sayu, dilihat dari kacamata sebuah keluarga yang tinggal di kawasan luar bandar Malaysia, dan menampilkan syot hari-hari menjelang Hari Raya. Sentuhan dan gaya penceritaan yang jujur dari sudut pandanga, pengarah Edmund Yeo berjaya memaparkan suatu kisah benar yang menyentuh hati tentang suatu dunia yang dekat tetapi jauh – suatu komuniti yang tersisih jauh dari kesibukan kota, namun ianya dekat dengan jiwa rakyat Malaysia – semuanya dalam tempoh 8 minit.
Featuring Faizal Tahir & Aziz Harun, the film is a poignant take on the meaning of Aidilfitri, seen through the eyes of a family living in rural Malaysia, and features snapshots of the days leading up to Hari Raya. Through the video, you can see award-winning Director, Edmund Yeo’s delicate touch and keen eye brings forth a heartwarming yet sobering piece of storytelling from a world near yet far - a community removed from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet central to the psyche of all Malaysians – based on a true story and all in a brief 8 minutes.
