You can use any dough starter you like.
Here is my natural dough starter recipe for you:)
酵母はなんでも構いません。動画内では寺田本家の酒粕で作った酒粕酵母を使用しました(^^)

Ingredients:
60g dough starter
450g bread flour
250g water
40g olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sweetener
For garnish:
pitted olive, olive oil and salt
Instructions:
1. Mix all the dough ingredients and knead well.
2. wait until it doubles in size.
3. punch down the dough. drizzle some olive oil on square pan.
4. push the dough until it fits the pan.
5. wait until it doubles in size(height)
6. make holes with your finger and stick pitted olives.
7. drizzle more olive oil and sprinkle salt. bake at 350F/180C for 30 - 40 minutes.

フォカッチャ生地：
酵母の元種 60g
強力粉 450g
水 250g
オリーブオイル 40g
塩 小さじ1
甘味料 小さじ1
飾り付け：
種抜きオリーブ
塩
オリーブオイル
「作り方」
１、フォカッチャの生地の材料を全て混ぜ合わせてよく捏ねる。
２、二倍に膨らむまで一次発酵させる。
３、ガス抜きをして、オリーブオイルを薄く敷いたバットなどに押し拡げる。
４、二倍の高さになるまで二次発酵させる。
５、指で穴を開け、オリーブオイルを詰め込みオリーブオイルと塩をかける。
６、180℃のオーブンで30〜40分ほど焼いたら出来上がり。
