唔係聽到澳洲駐港領事講，我都唔知道每年今日，即係4月25號，係澳新軍團日(Anzac Day)。咁乜嘢係澳新軍團日呢，麻煩自己上網查下啦。

原來喺呢一日，澳洲人同新西蘭人會做一款特別嘅曲奇。雖然今次係呀駐港領事親自教授，不過呢個曲奇真係超級無技巧、簡單、容易做，本來不值一提，不過阿领事果一口流利嘅廣東話，實在令我動容，不知不覺間都竟然覺得佢呢一款曲奇係世上美味！(So impressed by her Cantonese that the biscuit turns yummy!)

澳洲本土雖沒發生過大規模戰爭，但是它們在許多國際的大小戰爭都有插上一腳，在一戰期間澳洲和紐西蘭組成澳紐軍團，到第二次世界大戰、韓戰、越戰，和兩次波斯灣戰爭，澳洲軍隊總是無役不戰，所以在澳洲各地都有不同規模大小的戰爭紀念館，其中墨爾本算是規模較大的。

從弗林德斯火車站旁的大街上往南看，就可看見聖基達路上那宏偉莊嚴、無法撼動，外觀相似金字塔的建築物—墨爾本戰爭紀念館。(偷偷告訴你，紀念館頂樓可遠眺墨爾本市區，相當漂亮！)

澳洲人對於這些犧牲的戰士相當敬重，還將4月25日定為國定假日—澳紐軍團紀念日(ANZAC Day)，紀念一戰時因導航錯誤，以至於從不利位置登陸而喪命的8千多位士兵。

對了......來到澳洲也別忘了嚐嚐在紐西蘭和澳洲非常常見，在超市就可以買到的的ANZAC 餅乾 (ANZAC biscuits)喔😋

I recorded the process of bleaching my roots the last time I went 😊
It's a lot of waiting and hair washing and I do this every 5-6 weeks haha..ha..ha.ha........

A heads up that a root touch up is normally a double process, but mine would be considered a triple process (a weaker bleach 2x has been easier on my hair).

There's not much talking or anything this time as it's a more show-and-tell thing, but nonetheless thank you for watching! 💕
