Kim worked as a child maid and helper to a family with an American GI husband in Saigon in her early teenage years. Her mother lived in poverty and needed Kim and her sister's salary in order to raise her other children, so the two sisters were put to work. Kim had a chance to go to America where the family didn't allow her to go to school or go outside. She was basically a prisoner. Eventually, she escaped by faking a pregnancy and she had to move away to another state. When she came back, the family who brought her over disappeared along with Kim's background. Only the American GI's wife knew of Kim's origins but she was cruel and evil. She didn't even mail all of Kim's letters back to her mother. Her mother was never told of her whereabouts or condition. Years passed. No clue, no names, no known locations, everything was a faint memory to Kim until the family who brought her over's son was found by Jon after endless days and weeks of searching. He provided an important clue to the whole mystery with the form of an address and that's where I came into the picture.

World's best motorcycle pants are RHOK (search Ebay for them) Umm, I was there looking for a stray that went missing in my area to SAVE IT. I've saved multiple dogs from that pound. At the time of this video I had 3 stray dogs that I was caring for by myself. And since this video I've rehomed and saved other strays.

The reason I sound "happy" is because I'm using a voice that's pleasing to the dogs. And as you can see in the video I'm giving them LOVE. Check my other videos....I'm a KNOWN DOG LOVER.

Remember if you BUY a dog....you support the killing of dogs. And if you allow your dog to breed or don't neuter your dog...well....then you're woefully ignorant to the plight of dogs in pounds (that's the nice way of saying it).

Hey guys! Finally another workout to burn belly fat! This is a cardio abs workout with 50% full body exercises and 50% abs exercises. The full body exercises require you to use your core as well which is great. Also doing full body workout helps you burn so much more, and your body will still burn while you're at rest. That's the reason why i've combined the exercises. I've explained that somewhere in the video. Basically full body workout like squats, lunges, etc require you to use your leg muscles, and leg muscles are the biggest muscle groups in our body so working these muscles will allow you to burn more calories, even when you are at rest your body will still be burning.

Also I was going to add moving plank instead of plank twist but i was so awkward doing it so i changed it up. Feel free to change to your favourite plank exercise. You can also always intensify any of these exercises but doing it faster, or do a bigger movement. It was my first time doing it in the video and it was definitely quite intense for me. I felt so good after doing a few sessions and the abs will show! Please do it more consistently if you have lots of belly fat. Give yourself a month or so. But if you have minimal fats, it won't take you long. You can alternate between this exercise and my other intense abs workout. I'll recommend to do 2 or 3 times a week depending on how sore you are too. Muscles definitely need to rest and recover so give yourself a day in between your abs workout!
