Strawberry Recipes https://youtu.be/56dZkVLueyU?list=PLruBbJofuliN8BIUYtReg2R3ZC57-LVOp ベリー系のフルーツをとじ込めた かわいいアイスキューブ。好きな型にフルーツと水を入れて固めるだけ。それだけでかわいいアイスキューブのできあがり。ミントなどのグリーンをプラスすると色味がグッとキレイになりますよ。今回は、電子レンジで簡単にできるいちごシロップも合わせて ご紹介します。このシロップ、ミルクやお酒（ウォッカ）、炭酸水と割っても楽しめます。残った身の部分もヨーグルトに混ぜて食べると絶品です。冷蔵庫に準備しておいて、おもてなしにどーぞ。
*レシピ*
アイスキューブを作ります。
１．お湯を沸かし、冷ましておく。
２．お好みのフルーツをアイストレーに入れ、１を注ぐ。
３．冷凍庫で凍らせる。ゆっくりと凍らせると透明度の高い氷ができる。
いちごシロップを作ります。
１．いとご 220g（アイスキューブで使った残りです）は1/4程度に切る。
２．大きめの耐熱容器に１を入れる。
３．砂糖 110g（いちごの半量）も入れる。
４．レモン汁 10mlも入れ、混ぜる。
５．500wの電子レンジで4分30秒加熱する。
６．取り出して、アクをとり、ひと混ぜする。
７．500wの電子レンジで1分30秒加熱する。
８．ひと混ぜし、冷ましておく。
いちごシロップの炭酸割りを作ります。
１．グラスにアイスキューブを入れ、いちごシロップを注ぎます。
２．炭酸水を入れ、４倍に薄める。
３．かき混ぜてから いただく。
上記レシピで、160mlのいちごシロップができます。
いちごシロップ 5ml（７g）に対して炭酸水 20ml（20g）、１：４の割合が基本です。お好みで調整してください。
All you have to do is put fruit and water into a mold you like, and let it harden. Just doing that will get you such cute ice cubes. You can add things like mint for a green color and to make it look striking and beautiful. We'll combine this introduction with instructions for a strawberry syrup that can be easily made in a microwave. You can also enjoy this syrup by mixing it with milk, alcohol (vodka), and carbonated water. Combine the remaining mixture with yogurt to create an edible masterpiece. It is prepared in the refrigerator. Go ahead and treat yourself.
* Recipe *
To make the ice cubes:
1. Boil water, then let it cool down.
2. Put your favorite fruits in the ice tray, and pour the water from step 1 into the tray.
3. Let it freeze in the freezer. When you let it freeze slowly the ice will be highly transparent.
To make the strawberry syrup:
1. Cut the 220g of strawberries (the rest was used in the ice cubes) into about 1/4.
2. Put the strawberries from step 1 into a large, heat-resistant container.
3. Add 110g of sugar (about half the amount of strawberries)
4. Add 10ml of lemon juice and stir.
5. Heat the mixture for 4 minutes and 30 seconds in a 500w microwave.
6. Take it out, skim the top off of it, and then mix it all together.
7. Heat it for 1 minute and 30 seconds in a 500w microwave.
8. Mix it all together, and let it cool.
To create a carbonated beverage with the strawberry syrup:
1. Put ice cubes into a glass, and pour the strawberry syrup.
2. Add four times the carbonated water, to dilute the syrup.
3. After mixing it together, enjoy.
With the recipe above, you can make 160ml of strawberry syrup.
The basic ratio is 1:4, with 5ml (7g) of strawberry syrup to 20ml (20g) of carbonated water. Please adjust to your liking.
