【外星文字，出自我的 #閱讀障礙 朋友】──引用真實案例改寫
我的高中同學，小克，成績常年倒數
家裡曾讓他去了無數補習班、請各種家教
也無論熬夜到多晚，結果都一樣
他就是「看不懂」課文、參考書，甚至考試題目
有次，他在課堂上被點名朗讀
小克看著課本，沒發出一點聲音
老師卻對著全班說：
「大家好好讀書，才不會變文盲，知道嗎！」
因為這件事，小克的父母還被請來學校

เมื่อวาน ผมได้มีโอกาสพบปะพูดคุยกับพี่ซาบะ เจ้าของเพจ เข้าถึงและเท่าเทียม Accessibility Is Freedom และได้เดินสำรวจฟุตพาทเน่าๆ ของ กทม. ตั้งแต่ เอมควอเทียร์ไปแยกอโศก (ฝั่งฟุตพาทเน่า)

สภาพฟุตพาทเน่ามากๆเป็นเรื่องปกติอยู่เเล้ว แต่เหมือนกำลังจะทำใหม่..!! .แต่การที่เราได้เห็นพี่เขานั่งรถเข็น มันทำให้ยิ่งเห็นภาพความลำบากในการเข้าถึงสิ่งพื้นฐานเหล่านี้ของคนพิการมากๆ ...ทำให้ได้เห็นว่า ผู้บริหารเมืองเเห่งนี้ ทำแต่ละโครงการล้วนหยาบๆทั้งสิ้น ..ไม่ได้มีความถี่ถ้วนในการออกแบบให้กับคนทุกสภาพ...

【我的 #述情障礙 兒子，新年偽裝快樂】── 引用真實案例改寫
　　
農曆新年快要到了，我好害怕
因為我有個「述情障礙」（alexithymia）的兒子…..
　　
豪豪從出生，就不哭、不鬧，也不會笑
他無法感覺到情緒，也看不懂別人的情緒
去年我帶 5 歲的豪豪回老家過年
每個孩子都滿臉笑容的排隊說吉祥話、領紅包
只有豪豪面無表情
那些曾經稱讚嬰兒期的豪豪「好乖喔，都不吵鬧」的長輩
這次皺起了眉頭，說：「大過年的，怎麼不開心一點呢？」
　　
我把豪豪拉到一旁，用手撐起他的嘴角，教他「#假笑」
他問：「這樣大家就會對我好嗎？」
我只能愧疚的說：「對」
　　
他想跟親戚的孩子們玩，但孩子取笑他：
「你是 #機器人 對不對！你不是真的人！你的開關在哪裡？」
孩子們在豪豪身上用力亂戳亂按，就像真的把他當機器人
「不要這樣，我不舒服」，雖然豪豪這麼說了
但孩子們沒有停手
或許因為豪豪臉上沒有痛苦、恐懼
孩子們根本不覺得自己在欺負他
我立刻衝過去把豪豪帶離現場
腦海裡出現一幕幕恐怖的幻想
萬一他以後在學校被霸凌呢？
萬一孩子們像拆玩具一樣把豪豪拆解呢？
　　
我看著豪豪，忍不住落淚
他面無表情看著我，說：「媽，我要吃布丁」
這孩子，能順利長大嗎？
長大後，能在這個社會生存嗎？
我到底該怎麼保護他？是不是乾脆讓他一輩子住家裡？
豪豪一天天長大，我的憂慮也一天天增加
　　
現在我唯一能做的，就是帶著豪豪一起努力
訓練他認識自身的情緒反應，透過照片學習辨認表情
及經常練習「當別人嘴角上揚，你也要一起！」
甚至希望，有一天可以透過 AI 辨識人臉情緒來輔助豪豪的日常生活
多一點自在，少一點傷害，但願不是奢望

失われていく昭和の時代を肌で感じる大都会のラーメン屋台…『幸っちゃん』の銀座での営業に初訪問しました！虎ノ門での営業後、銀座に移動され朝方お店じまいされるところまでを密着で初めて撮影させていただきました。天候状況など（特に雨）で出ていない時もありますが、大抵は平日20時半くらいから25時半くらいまで虎ノ門で営業し、その後は銀座まで移動し朝方まで営業されているそうです。東京の街をずっと見てきたおじさんの人生がつまった屋台の貴重な様子をご覧ください！

I visited the old style ramen stall "Sacchan" in the big city where you can feel the Showa era for the first time after refraining from doing so! As the number of food stalls is steadily decreasing due to urban development etc., this time I visited again to capture this nostalgic scenery in a video. The place has moved a little from the previous place, but the uncle is still fine! This time, I moved to Ginza and took a picture of the place where the shop was closed in the morning for the first time in close contact. There are times when it is not out due to weather conditions (especially rain), but it is said that it is usually open at Toranomon from about 20:30 to 25:30 on weekdays, then moves to Ginza and is open until the morning. Please see the precious appearance of the stalls filled with the life of the uncle who has been watching the city of Tokyo for a long time!

[WHY HONG KONG HAS THE LONGEST LIFE EXPECTANCY?]

50.1 years. According to the World Health Organization, this is the average life expectancy in the country of Sierra Leone. As of now, one of the lowest in the world.

At the other end of the spectrum, we have countries like Italy, Iceland, Singapore and Switzerland all with an average life expectancy well into their 80’s. Now beating all those countries however, is (of course) Japan, topping the list at 83.7 years. (Note that the UN data is a little different). Regardless, this is the country with the longest average life expectancy.

But, this video is not about Japan, because there is a city with an even longer life expectancy.

This is Hong Kong, a city with over 7.4 million people living on about a thousand square kilometres of land. One of the most densely populated places on the planet - a fast paced city that never sleeps.

It’s a city of contradictions with towering buildings next to lush green mountains, street food stalls alongside McDonald’s & KFC’s, markets selling cheap counterfeits in front of designer stores, but the most surprising perhaps is the extremely long life expectancy of the people living in what is one of the most polluted cities in the world.

Hong Kong has an average life expectancy of 84.3 years.

Ironically enough, Hong Kong literally translates to ‘Fragrant Harbour’.
