When people ask me about what is The Secret aka The Best and Fastest way to Build Muscles or Lose Weight to get Six-Packs Abs. When I tell them the truth, most of them often got disappointed with my answers.
The truth is all about being consistent with "The Basics".
You want results? You gotta commit working out 4-5 times a week, each training session you gotta put 100% focus on your training. You gotta plan ahead on what you about to train, take a moment and visualize your workouts (set, reps and intensity) before hit the weights. Always remind yourself that you are here to workout! Save your social session after your job is done (I don't talk when I workout).
So what is the "Best Diet"? Forget about the "Best Diet" for now. Try eating more real foods like unprocessed poultry, fish, meats, unprocessed carbs sugar, reduce sweet beverages, oily foods and eat a lot of veggies!
Even if you follow everything above you still won't get immediate result, why? Because you probably took like few decades to gain those stubborn fats and you can't expect to get rid all of them within just a few days or weeks of hardwork! Consistency is the real challenge here but it is one of the best tool that helped every successful fitness enthusiast to achieve their desire physique.
Will it be easy? Nope, if it's easy then everyone already achieve it. Grind hard to Shine harder buddy!

A typical workout for me begins with a 10-minute warmup to activate the muscles and get it moving in different directions using bodyweight exercises such jumping jacks, squats, walking lunges and burpees. Depending on what equipments are available (whether I’m at the gym, working out at home/hotel), I’ll plan a circuit and set my timer to 30 second intervals. My go-to workout gadgets are jump rope, resistance bands and a sturdy chair.
My favourite exercise to do at least once a week is the barbell deadlift as it strengthens and tones the legs, arms, back and abs. Begin with 15 repetitions. Then, adjust the weight of the barbell so 12 reps is the maximum you can do. Repeat 3 to 4 times. If you’re new to this exercise I recommend asking a personal trainer to give proper guide on the correct form. Once you got that down pat, your body can only get stronger and look leaner each week!

Well after the competition, it's time to get back to the original plan, get to 86Kg pack with muscle! Just smashed Shoulder + Biceps, cardio and Abs after.
Here's the Abs Workout:
1. Ball Crunches 50x3 ( when you squeeze your abs, make sure you exhale, that way you get a full squeeze and contraction after )
2. Russian Twist 50x3 ( I used 12kg kettle bell )
3. Side Obliques Raise 50x3
4. Weighted side Crunches 20x3
5. Floor Leg raise 30x3
6. Plank x1 ( Hold as long as possible)
Stretch your abdominal after this for 30Seconds.

A full 9 minutes progressive body weight routine that can be done anywhere anytime.
Important note: Beginner modification is only for Beginner who just started exercising. If you are not, you should be doing my version and try to keep up with my pace... You will feel the burn! :)
Warming up your body before going all-out is crucial.
I would recommend everyone to spend at least 5-10 minutes doing some dynamic warm up on light to moderate intensity. I would personally go through 1 round of this exercise routine with moderate effort before I start pushing myself hard. Doing the beginner modification routine for 1 round before your actual working set can be a good way to get ready too.
After each round. Pause the video take 2 minutes rest. It's gonna be hard, I know... but hey, this is what melt away the fat like crazy and a build a fitter stronger you!

Your challenge this time is to hit 10,000 STEPS DAILY!!
It takes an average of 100 mins of slow walk to hit 10,000 steps or an average of 70 mins of vigorous walk to hit 10,000!
Here is a 30-Min Indoor Step Workout to help you achieve your daily step goal!! I clocked in just over 4,000 steps by doing this workout and burned over 220 calories. Do this challenge twice daily and also choose to walk more when you are out and about running your daily chores or work.
Walking can be as good as a workout, if not better, than running. I would highly recommend walking because it is a low impact and safe workout, especially for those who are extremely overweight or might have knee injuries.
Know this, walking CAN get your heart pumping, muscles working, and fat burning—all of the things that a real workout is meant to achieve.
So let's start WALKING and hit at least 10,000 steps daily. Are you with me?
