心裡層面上,靜坐讓你成為一個更快樂的人,更能有平常心看待一切事物, 處理事情會更有效率。
身理上,已經不止一項的研究指出,靜坐冥想會讓你身體產生實際上變化,讓你更健康,免疫力增加。 增加健康的 Alpha腦波, 分泌出健康的荷爾蒙, 甚至增加大腦灰白質的密度等等。
誰可以練習靜坐呢?
談到靜坐,通常我們都會聯想到和尚或是住在山裡的僧人。 事實上所有的人都可以練習,包括小朋友。 已經有不少的研究發現過動兒, 透過靜坐, 讓他們腦波的一致性增加, 讓他們更能夠有專注力。
什麼時候靜坐呢?
什麼時候都可以當然最好在清晨起床後, 或者是睡前。
靜坐的時候 身體的姿勢要怎麼樣呢?
任何舒適的坐姿都可以, 最好脊椎能夠成為一條線(頭頂在尾骨的正上方), 如果想要坐在地上的話,最好膝蓋放在在低於骨盆的位置。 如果髖關節太緊也可以坐在比較高的墊子(把骨盆墊的比膝蓋還高)。 如果沒地方坐的話,坐在椅子上也可以。
眼睛要閉起來嗎?
靜坐的時候我們盡量減少外在感官的刺激, 可以的話閉起雙眼, 有閉憂恐懼症的人需要時也可以隨時睜開雙眼。
靜坐前要有什麼心理上的準備嗎?
就像瑜伽的練習ㄧ樣, 每一次的靜坐冥想都是一個全然不同的經驗旅程, 更重要的是 "你不可能會做錯 !" 因此心中不需要有任何的期待, 不必去打分數或者是給這經驗任何的批判。
要靜坐多久呢?
初學者可挑戰五分鐘,五分鐘都沒辦法的話,三分鐘也不錯。 慢慢的你可以把時間增加到15分鐘30分鐘,甚至一小時以上。
那我到底要想什麼呢?
基本上冥想可以分為兩類:
(1) 一個就是"止"
瑜珈冥想的練習, 偏向於專注於一點,停止或降低意念的波動, 就如瑜伽經1.2(瑜珈就是停止意念的波動), 透過意志力於專注, 來停止那波動的心智。
(2) 第二個就是"觀"
這比較類似於禪/內觀/正念的冥想法; 既然無法完全停止想法那麼我們就乾脆觀察它, 不帶任何的批判及色彩, 像是看電影一樣的觀察自己的想法。
那我如何分清楚我"到底是在想"還是在"觀察我的想法"?
兩個例子
1 就像總統在閱兵 他永遠只是看著前方經過的隊伍, 他不會因為前面這個隊伍特別的好看, 而把他的頭及視線一直跟著那個特別的隊伍。
2 就像你坐在火車站,看著火車經過你永遠只是注視著前面看到的那個車廂, 而不是搭上火車自己到了哪裡都不知道。
遇到心情煩躁,忍耐不住實在坐不下去了怎麼辦?
可以利用一些呼吸法
在這邊教大家一種方法來拉長呼吸:
深深吸一口氣,深深吐一口氣之後
吸氣 在心中從1數到5
吐氣 在心中從1數到6
吸氣 在心中從1數到6
吐氣 在心中從1數到7
吸氣 在心中從1數到7
吐氣 在心中從1數到8
,,,,,, 一直數到10為止 你就會發現 由於你專注在數數,雜念減少了,你也可以坐得更久更舒適了。
