我其實從來沒在網路上買過家具(有買過床墊就是), 所以有些怕怕. 剛好今天有朋友分享了她的經驗. 她說, 現在她都在網路上買起了家具, Wayfair的寄送速度快, 客服又好(她跟客服反映家具的尺寸不對, 馬上獲得全額退款).
她也從網路上買過馬桶🤣, 寄到時有了裂痕, 她跟客服說, 客服免費寄個新的給她(不過要她把原來的自己處理掉就是).
我好奇地問: 那像書桌或是床頭櫃這種東西, 是要怎麼寄?
原來, 寄到的時候, 會是一個扁平的包裝, 然後消費者需要組裝. 不過據她表示, 相當容易.
她也有過不好的經驗, 就是知名的IKEA. 據她說, 東西寄來的時候, 會有少物件, 或是零件. 然後打電話給客服, 還需要等一百分鐘(這是怎樣的客服??😂)
我們一致同意, Wayfair的介面, 比Amazon.com的好用多了.
