我覺得人員都很和善，有求必應，
地勤和空勤人員皆很溫也有禮，
不過系統上較顯弱，畢竟是西方航空，
客服電話很難聯繫上，分別試過30和50分鐘，
都沒有真正被接聽過，這方面有待加強。

所以經過溝通後，地勤人員註記我的狀況，
以便抵達多倫多機場時長時間中轉能有休息的去處。

只是我的行程原先是排定有中轉飯店，有喝酒行程，顆顆。）
（不過因為中轉飯店是直到抵達多倫多機場才取得，
所以整個行程上的安排已經算是取消，但很慶幸有休息處。）
