ลุงคิดว่าน่าจะเป็นสังคัง ลุงก็ไปซื้อยามา
ทาตามที่มันคัน ตอนนั้นก็ยังขับรถอยู่ทุก
วัน จนตุ่มใสๆนั้นลามขึ้นมาที่อวัยวะเพศ
ลุงก็ยังคงเกาสลับกับใช้ยาทา หนักๆเข้า
ตุ้มใสๆก็กลายเป็นแผล แผลก็ลามไปทั่ว
บริเวนจนไปถึงก้นและอัญฑะ ทำให้เน่า
เมื่อต้นปี57ลุงก็ตัดสินใจไป รพ เพื่อไป
ให้หมอตรวจ หมอบอกว่าน่าจะเกี่ยวกับ
การติดเชื้ออย่างรุนแรง จึงรักษาให้และ
นอนอยู่ รพ 5วัน แผลก็เริ่มดีขึ้น จึงได้
กลับมาบ้าน แล้วก็ไปขับรถต่อ ขับได้อยู่
1เดือน อาการแบบเดิมก็กำเริบขึ้นมาอีก
คราวนี้แผลเริ่มเน่าจนเปลื่อย ลุงจึงไปหา
หมออีก คราวนี้หมอขอตัดชิ้นเนื้อไปทำ
การตรวจ ปรากฎว่าพบว่าลุงเป็นมะเร็ง
ระยะที่3 และกำลังจะกินเข้าไปในกระดูก
เชิงกราน ต้องรักษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง หมอ
บอกทางที่ดีต้องตัดอวัยวะทิ้งและทำคี
โม แต่ลุงทำใจไม่ได้ ขอกลับมารักษาที่
บ้านต่อ แต่ก็ยิ่งหนักกว่าเก่า ลุงทนความ
เจ็บปวดไม่ไหว จึงยอมไปให้หมอตัดเอา
ออก หมอก็ตัดให้ แล้วก็ขูดเนื้อที่เน่าๆ
ออกจากบริเวนนั้น ทุกวันนี้ลุงบอกว่า
เหมือนตายทั้งเป็น อวัยวะถูกตัดจนไม่มี
เหลือ ต้องทนเจ็บแสบทรมานทุกครั้งที่

Ok, I love being a mummy and I love my little ones but cannot deny that the pregnancies took a toll on my body and confidence.
I’ve never been shy to show how my saggy tummy as I knew it was just one of the many faces of post pregnancy. I was never ashamed of my body because I was so flipping proud of what it could do so why should I hide it? In fact, it felt so freeing and liberating to share to people around me.
That’s not to say thatI don’t get bad days. I’ve never been so upset with my saggy belly that I’ve cried or fell into depression but I did realise I would be self conscious in the bedroom. My mentality was, if there was something I can do about it, why not? Still, surgical treatment was never something I took seriously on my radar. I couldn’t afford the recovery time and mentally and physically, I knew I was not strong enough to go through with it. Then my cosmetic surgeon friend asked me if I tried derma rolling on my body.
I’ve previously heard wonderful results from those who used it on their acne scars and fine lines but never have I pondered with the idea of derma rolling my tummy. It was relatively low cost and at this rate, I figured I’ll have nothing to lose since my tummy was already a lost cause. So I went on a 6 month journey and decided to document the results.
The results have been positively surprising. I never expected my tummy to go back to it’s former glory but I can do see the subtle changes throughout the months of rolling. I’ve recently progressed on to a 2mm roller. I’m going to keep rolling and we will see how things look in another 6 months time.
Maybe there is somebody out there just like me so here I am sharing this video.

I've had some questions asking if my exercising helped to improve the appearance of my tummy. My exercising certainly helped to tighten my muscles (improved my muscle separation by MILES) but it did not improve the appearance of my skin. You can look up the affects on exercise and saggy skin online too but the short answer is, it cannot stimulate production of new skin. If exercising did the job for me (and others who hit their fitness goals), many would not resort to tummy tucks. I actually started rolling in June and it was at the height of my fitness where I was working out at least 4-5 times a week and eating most clean yet my stomach was still visibly wrinkly. I don't work out as often (about twice a week) and intense as before and I am still seeing my tummy improve bit by bit. I KNOW my skin feels smoother too and exercise cannot do this. I hope this helps.
NOTE: This video reveals my very own experience and so please understand that results will be different for everybody. I’m not encouraging everyone to run and buy a derma roller. I invite you to watch this video with an open mind. I researched for weeks before I made the purchase of a roller. If you do decide to try out derma rolling, never ever share your derma rollers and make sure you put hygiene and safety first.

It's officially Valentines Day over here in HONG KONG!!
Happy Valentines Day/ Forever Alone Day / Single Awareness Day ! Take your pick.
I decided to do something different this year. I'm not going to do a Valentines Day makeup tutorial because... well, Tim and I aren't doing anything special to be honest. Yup, it's our 10th Valentines Day together and we're cool about it.
I know some of you must be a bit bummed out about having no plans for the "most romantic day of the year". No fear because Bubz is here (HEY IT RHYMES!!!)
No, I've been meaning to make a Beauty Day video for a while. Some days when you're feeling extra pissed off or down, it's nice to put your feet up and pamper yourself. Am I right?
Ok, nobody in this world has time for an ENTIRE day of beauty but you guys get my drift right? Even if you don't have a few hours, give yourself a BEAUTY HOUR.
Beauty Day is FUN whether you're doing it alone or with friend(s). I felt so refreshed and fabulous afterwards. You have nowhere to go? Who cares! You can relax and pamper yourself with your own HOME BEAUTY SPA!
In this video, I demonstrated some possible beauty treatments you can do but there are so much more you can choose instead such as doing your brows, giving yourself a pedicure, a sheet mask, facial massage, DIY Beauty masks etc. You can do WHATEVER you want that makes you feel awesome baby!!! Strut in your home. Dance in your underwear (check to see curtains are shut first). Sing your heart out.
Maybe I'm just getting older now (and possibly more antisocial haha) but I am appreciating 'staying in' days. In fact, I am really craving a good board game... Who wants to play Monopoly? Game of Life? Going off topic now...
You can give yourself a beauty day whenever you're feeling down and need a little pampering or even whenever you're happy (and free hopefully and with time to burn). Sometimes we can get so carried away with life, we forget to take care of ourselves.
Perhaps you have a special event (like a prom or a date) and you want to prep yourself for it. BEAUTY DAY!!! Beauty day doesn't mean you have to do everything 'beauty related'. Do whatever that makes your heart happy whether its reading, getting creative or whatever it is.

When I made Hot Cake (Japanese Pancake), I received many requests for the recipe from scratch, so here is the recipe.

How to Make Pancakes From Scratch
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 20min
Number of servings: 6 pancakes
Ingredients:
A
* 100g cake flour
* 3 tbsp. sugar
* 1 tbsp. corn starch
* 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
* a pinch of salt
1 egg
100ml milk
1 tbsp. cooking oil
maple syrup
butter
Directions:
1. Sift in dry ingredients (A) in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
2. Beat an egg in a different bowl, add milk, and mix well.
3. Add the dry ingredients (1.) 1/3 at a time, and mix just until blended.
4. Add cooking oil and mix again. *DO NOT mix too much!
5. Cover with plastic wrap and leave to set for 5 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Place the pan on a wet towel to cool down the pan a little bit.
7. Turn the heat down to low, place the pan, pour about 1/2 ladle of the batter onto the pan, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.
8. Flip with a spatula, then cook for a minute until browned on the other side. Repeat the steps to complete the rest.
9. Place a piece of butter on top and pour some maple syrup.
You can wrap in a plastic wrap and freeze to eat later.
Microwave for a minute and you can enjoy fresh and fluffy pancake :)
