40 weeks pregnant|
We made it!! I can't believe where all the time went. At times, it felt like forever but here I am anticipating baby girl's arrival. Just a waiting game now. If she's not here by a week, I'm going to get my waters broken for me so we will definitely be going home from the hospital with a baby a week from here on at the latest. For now, I've been moving around as much as possible. Suddenly getting a burst of energy. Enjoying these precious moments with the boys and doggies. This will be my last bumpdate pic!! [Mini Review] ตอนนี้นีน่าอายุครรภ์ 33 weeks ค่ะ ใกล้จะได้เห็นหน้าลูกชายแล้วน้า อีก 1 เดือนเอง > <

ต้องบอกว่าตอนนี้เริ่มตื่นเต้นแล้ว และเริ่มเตรียมทุกอย่างให้พร้อมสำหรับลูกที่กำลังจะเกิดมา แต่เอาจริงๆ นีน่าเชื่อว่าแม่ๆทุกคนเป็นเหมือนกันหมด คือสัญชาตญาณความเป็นแม่ การเตรียมพร้อมต่างๆ มันเริ่มตั้งแต่เรารู้ตัวว่าเริ่มตั้งครรภ์แล้วค่ะ นีน่าพูดบ่อยมากในคลิป ว่าเราต้องดูแลตัวเองดีกว่าคนทั่วไปหลายเท่า แค่จะใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์อะไรกับตัวเอง หรือจะทานอะไร โดยเฉพาะยาแค่ 1 เม็ด ก็ต้องถามคุณหมอ ถามแล้วถามอีก ว่าทำได้มั๊ย? กินได้มั๊ย? จะมีอันตรายต่อลูกรึเปล่า? สิ่งของที่จะใช้กับตัวเองทุกอย่าง = ความใส่ใจที่มีต่อลูกในท้องตลอด 9 เดือนที่ผ่านมา

ดังนั้นผลิตภัณฑ์ทุกอย่างที่นีน่าใช้กับตัวเองในชีวิตประจำวันตอนนี้จึงต้องเลือกมาแล้ว ว่าต้องอ่อนโยนได้มาตรฐาน และปลอดภัย อย่างสบู่เหลวอาบน้ำตัวนี้ที่นีน่าใช้อยู่ คือ BABI MILD ULTRA MILD BIOGANIK HEAD & BODY BABY BATH ค่ะ ชอบตรงที่จริงๆแล้วเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์สำหรับเบบี๋เลย แต่แม่ๆอย่างเราก็เอามาใช้ได้เหมือนกัน เป็นสูตรที่อ่อนโยนที่สุดจากเบบี้มายด์*เพราะเค้าเป็นมากกว่าออร์แกนิกตามท้องตลาด ส่วนผสมหลักมาจากพืชธรรมชาติ X2 และมีเอสเซ้นส์ออร์แกนิกคุณภาพสูง เช่น Essence Argan Oil ผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐานจาก COSMOS และ Essence ดอก Honeysuckle ผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐานจาก USDA ที่มีวิตามินอี และกรดไขมันจำเป็น มีประสิทธิภาพในการบำรุงผิว ทำให้ผิวชุ่มชื่นและดูสุขภาพดี

จะบอกว่าใช้อาบน้ำแล้วรู้สึกดีมากก นีน่าชอบกลิ่นหอมละมุนอ่อนๆแบบธรรมชาติแบบนี้ที่สุด ไม่หอมฉุนจนมึนหัวหม่ามี๊ ^^ ที่สำคัญคือใช้เสร็จแล้ว ผิวนุ่มมากก คือใช้ทำความสะอาดได้ดีแล้ว ยังให้ความชุ่มชื่นกับผิวด้วย อย่างที่นีน่าบอกว่าเค้ามีสารบำรุงต่างๆมากมาย แต่นอกจากนี้ ยังมีค่า pH Balance เลยช่วยรักษาสมดุลของน้ำหล่อเลี้ยงผิวตามธรรมชาติของเรา ไม่เหมือนสบู่ทั่วๆไปที่ล้างแล้วผิวแห้งเอี๊ยด

สำหรับคนที่ผิวแพ้ง่าย ยิ่งอยากแนะนำให้ใช้เลยค่ะ โดยเฉพาะคุณแม่ตั้งครรภ์ที่ภูมิคุ้มกันจะตก ผิวจะระคายเคืองบ่อยๆ เพราะ Babi Mild Bioganik ปราศจากสารเคมีอันตรายด้วยนะ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นแอลกอฮอล์ พาราเบน และ SLS อย่างที่บอกว่าเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่อ่อนโยน ต่อคุณแม่ และเบบี๋ ผ่านการทดสอบ Hypoallergenic อีกด้วย

นอกจากจะใช้อาบน้ำแล้ว ช่วงนี้นีน่าเอาเจ้าขวดนี้มาประยุกต์ใช้ล้างมือด้วยค่ะ เพราะทุกวันนี้อยู่บ้านเกือบทุกวันก็จริง แต่ล้างมือบ่อยมากกกกกก แล้วต้องล้างให้ถูกสุขลักษณะคือ 20 วิ ทุกซอกทุกมุม แต่ความแย่ที่ตามมาก็คือ มือมักจะแห้งเหี่ยว ก็ต้องคอยทาครีมบำรุงเรื่อยๆ ทาไปแป๊บเดียว จับของนู่นนี่ อ่าว....ต้องล้างอีกละค่ะ 5555 ต้องบอกว่าทุกวันนี้เวลานีน่าล้างมือด้วย Babi Mild Bioganik แล้ว happy มาก ไม่ต้องทาครีมเลย คิดออกเมื่อไรก็ล้างได้อีก ผิวมือยังนุ่มนิ่ม ชุ่มชื่น และกลิ่นหอมอ่อนๆที่ติดมือก็เป็นกลิ่นที่อยากจะใช้บ่อยๆ ^^

ลองดูกันนะคะคุณแม่ๆ เป็นหนึ่งในผลิตภัณฑ์ที่นีน่าเชื่อว่าแม่ๆที่ใส่ใจในทุกดีเทลของลูกน้อยจะต้องใช้แล้วชอบ ใช้แล้วเหมือนได้ให้รางวัลกับทั้วตัวเองและเบบี๋เลย ^^ ยิ่งตอนนี้สถานการณ์ทุกอย่างก็ไม่เป็นปกติ ให้กำลังใจแม่ๆทุกคนนะคะ ทำใจสบายๆ ป้องกันไว้คือดี แต่ก็อย่าเครียดจนเกินไปน้าาาา รักๆๆ

I can feel him move all the time. He loves music. He responds to my touch and my voice. I am loving every minute of this pregnancy so far. I'm ready to share more pregnancy symptoms with you guys.

Baby Ayla has been thriving for the past few weeks. I'm feeling powerful kicks in erm... lower region area. SHE'S A FANNY KICKER!!

出産予定日は6/27なので、よくよく考えると、３人家族での生活はもうそろそろ終わります。だから、最後の「３人としての」１日の流れ動画を撮っておきたいと思いまして、急に昨日こちらを撮影することになりました。

【英語のリスニング力アップのためのこの動画のベストな活用方法】
①1度、日本語の字幕を見ながら楽しく最初から最後まで見て頂く。内容をしっかりと覚えておく。英語はまだ気にしなくてもいいです。
②もう1度見て頂いて、今度は、英語と日本語を一緒に読んで、英語のフレーズ（英語の表現）や言い方に集中する。必要なところ、一時停止したり、巻き戻したりする
③もう一度動画を見る。日本語'字幕を絶対に見ないで。英語の字幕だけに集中する
④字幕を全くみないで最初から最後まで動画を見る。

「ええ？これだけで英語力が上がるの？」と思われる方が多いと思いますが、結局、４回も同じ箇所を見ているので、思っている以上に英語が身についています。留学する時に、こういう風に学びます（同じ英語の表現を何回も聞きます。赤ちゃんも同じように言語を学びます）。この４つのステップを踏んだ後に、もしまだ英語のリスニングできていない箇所があればそこだけ、あと２回繰り返してみていただければ、身につくはずです。

At 37 weeks pregnant, I realized yesterday that our time together as a three-person family is almost over. I wanted to be sure to remember these last few days so I decided to do a quick Day in the Life of video.
