焗薯:
材料:
焗薯2個
煙肉
芝士
調味料:
檸檬葉
辣椒仔
黑椒粉
幼鹽
處理:
1. 洗淨薯仔,煲10分鐘。
2 煙肉切粒,洗淨,擎乾水,加入生粉。
3. 切蔥粒及辣椒粒。
4. 焗薯已烚好,用叉檢查一下是否夠軟身。
5. 廚紙索乾煙肉。
6. 加黑椒、少許鹽及牛油落煙肉,攪勻。
烹調 (氣炸鍋):
1. 氣炸鍋用200度預熱3分鐘。
2. 用錫紙包好薯仔,中間切開, 撐開中間,塗上牛油。
3. 放一塊芝士在薯仔中間。
4. 煙肉中加入生粉,攪勻,另其更乾身。
5. 將(4)放在焗薯中間。
6. 放2條芝士在中間。
7. 用200度氣炸10分鐘。
8. 完成,上碟。
烹調 (光波爐):
1. 光波爐用250度預熱3分鐘。
2. 用錫紙包好薯仔,中間切開, 撐開中間,塗上牛油。
3. 放一塊芝士在薯仔中間。
4. 煙肉加入生粉攪勻,令其更乾身。
5. 將(4)放在焗薯中間。
6. 放2條芝士在中間。
7. 用175度焗10分鐘。
8. 上碟,完成。
Baked potatoes:
Ingredients:
Baked potatoes 2 Nos.
Bacon
Cheese
Seasoning:
Coriander or green onion
Red chili
Black pepper
Table salt
Preparation:
1. Rinse potatoes. Boil for 10 minutes.
2 Dice bacon, rinse, hang dry, season with tapioca starch.
3. Dice both green onion and red chili.
4. Check potatoes by a fork whether the are soft enough already.
5. Dry bacon with kitchen towel.
6. Mix bacon well with pepper, salt and butter.
Steps (airfryer):
1. Preheat airfryer at 200 C for 3 minutes.
2. Wrap potatoes well by using aluminium foil, cut well in the middle, put butter in between.
3. Put a slice of cheese in the middle of baked potatoes.
4. Mix bacon with tapioca starch to ensure it is dry enough.
5. Put (4)in the middle of baked potatoes.
6. Put 2 thin slices in the middle of baked potatoes.
7. Airfry at 200 C for 10 minutes.
8. Put on a plate. Serve.
